With the news coming out the last couple days about the Syrian transfer of SCUDs to Hezbollah (along with reports earlier this year that Syria is providing Hezbollah with advanced SAMs) and the Israeli govt call yesterday for all Israelis to immediately leave the Siani, lends some credence to this report.
The Israelis are a cagey bunch . . . hard to know whether the region just narrowly avoided a conflict, or if these "plans" are still on the table so to speak

“We are not going to attack” is just the type of story you leak right before you attack. You want their guard down.

Misdirection? Are they suspending their planned attack on Lebanon because they have a more important mission to take care of first? New moon is tonight.
To: jhpigott
The attack should not be on the Lebanese wasteland, but the Syrian heartland.
Damascus should be crippled. Doing with out electric power for a year or so should change few Syrian minds

Thx for the ping. Little bits of data keep trickling out of there, and it continues to feel like something is up.
