Polish president dies in air crash

A plane carrying Lech Kaczynski, the Polish president, has crashed near Smolensk airport in western Russia, killing all on board, Russian officials have reported.

Polish officials confirmed on Saturday that Kaczynski was on board the flight with his wife, as well as Slawomir Skrzypek, the president of Poland's central bank, Andrzej Kremer, the deputy foreign minister and the army chief of staff.

The crash occurred about 1.5km from Smolensk airport in foggy conditions.

seriously though..... the fact that President Obama has NOT to my knowledge publicly offered the POLISH people the FULL services of the NTSB raises a LOT of suspicions for me... I am not a conspiricy theorist... I am a realist.. and when something MAJOR like this happens it is best to put the BEST folks in charge of answering the questions..

So this doesn’t make sense. Poland offered to give Ukraine 30 something MIG fighter jets to help in their fight against the Ruskies...why was he in Russian airspace?

You would think that would be the last place the Polish president would be. Right?
