'Everyone here is good, our two dogs could have cared less though..LOL I thought dogs give u advanced warning or something' I think your dogs are related to one of mine. She was asleep at the bottom of the bed recently one evening when we had a fire-and-brimstone thunderstorm roll through. A lightning bolt hit a tree so close to us, you could hear the double-crack of the discharge return. The house lit up inside and shook like it had been hit by cannon fire. All she did was lift her head, look at us out of one eye, and gave us that "Did something just happen?" expression, then flopped her head back down on the pillow in annoyance. Unless it involves food, a cat in the yard, or the doorbell, it's not worth expending the energy over in her world. LOL!

That’s weird, because I seem to remember a lot of earthquake people saying that the deeper it goes .. the worse it is. Hmmmm ..?? Hope somebody has it right.

It was a back and forth shaking for 20 seconds, or so. I was in the kitchen, waiting it out, and decided to grab hold of the sink. It wasn’t that bad, but it was a bit nerve-racking. My parents, up in Julian, called and sounded a bit shaken. Where are the seniors? Would you like me to check on them? Send me a private message, if you’d like.
