The second took place earlier this month when an officer shot a homeless man in Hoyt Arboretum when the man advanced toward him with a knife.Sounds like some perps already tried the "fight back" maneuver.

Based on what I know of the Portland Police, they cannot be trusted.
The Kendra James case was a perfect example of the cops murdering a woman and getting away with it.
