Palin: Tea Party Leaders Agree with McCain on Big Picture
Fox News ^ | 2010-03-28

(snip)

PALIN: The point here is that Senator McCain and I agree on the big picture, where it is that the country needs to go. There are so many challenges facing America right now, and Senator McCain has been on the right track trying to get the country back on that track that will lead to more prosperity, more security for this nation. We agree on those things that have to take place in order for us to kind of undo some of the things that Obama is doing and get us back on that right track towards prosperity and security.

(snip)

PALIN: Absolutely. And that's why we're making a point to point out that Tea Party leaders are not opposing John McCain. They're supporting his mission, too, and that's to rein in the growth of government. Tea Party -- tea partiers, bottom line, are saying, We're taxed enough already, and that's what John McCain is saying, too.

I'm proud to be part of the Tea Party movement. I'm wearing my Tea Party necklace today, even. I was proud to get to point out Tea Party movement participants in the crowd today. They're here cheering on John McCain because they know, at the end of the day, we're all fighting for the same thing. We're fighting for the future of this great country. So he is part of the Tea Party movement. And yes, they're going to be very impacting. They're going to be impacting for John.

Yeah but many of us see this Palin lovefest as a direct stab in the back of JD. In my eyes that makes her a RINO enabler.

DeMint 2012

DeMint doesn't enable RINO's?

Full letter.

DeMint also endorsed Linsey Graham in 2008, when we conservatives were trying to primary-out Goober.

>However this needs to be her last appearance with that guy.<

I agree. If she continues, she
stands a good chanc e of losing first place on the Conservatives list of possible leaders. However, there are many of us who are not true conservatives to keep her somewhat afloat to split the vote should another challenge her. Thus a Demonrat could win the office again.

“Amen to your post, especially your last sentence. If we haggle over Sarah, that is exactly what the White House and the commies want. Let’s stay united!”

AMEN, my point exactly!

Well, that would make sense if we knew what field ya’ll are playing in. No one ever admits to whom they are giving their support. Which is very convenient when you don’t want any ‘truths’ about your potential candidate to be discussed.

Sarah was not actively campaigning for JUAN McCain on January 9th.
Lets see what JR said TODAY about what was said on Greta Friday night.

2010 “Hold your nose and send the Maverick back to Washington so he can work hand in hand with BHO on Amnesty, do it for Sarah”

Many of the posters are either 4 to 8 years old or are DU trolls

Most of us have areas of dissagreements with McCain
but the obsessive frenzy of hate McCain posts are from
either Children, DU Trolls or psychotic state of mind.

Many on FR have been whipped into a frenzy by anti war, 9/11 Truther PaulBots, and others who would rather see Obama have a 2nd Term and finish off America as we knew it.

“What she did in Alaska, according to her book, increased the oil companies profits after all was said and done.” http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008103325_alaskatax07.html It doesn’t even matter if that was true - it was WRONG.

Interesting. Thanks for the link. Sounds like she wanted to get a "share" for Alaskans. Am ambivalent about any "windfall profits" tax, as it appears to be anti-Business. From the article:

"Then last year, Palin introduced a graduated tax pegged to increased oil prices. The state Legislature modified her proposal to increase the state's take even further. The bill's proponents — a coalition of Democrats and maverick Republicans — argued that oil production was declining in Alaska, and that the lower tax rate under previous governors had done little to spur additional investment in the state's oil industry."

I think he’s already addressed it. From that statement I don’t believe that Jim is going to throw Sarah under the bus. Why don’t you ping him and ask?

What makes you numbnuts kooky is that there is no damn field. What are you? A kook? You sure sound like a kook.

Palin has not said she is running yet. If she has not said she is running, why should anyone else say they are running?

Admit it. You are a kook. Geesh you folks are freaking kooks. We do not even know yet if Obama will have dem opposition from dems.

YOU are a kook.

You like typing ‘kook’ don’t you?

I was addressing another post in which I was told that this Sarah bashing is merely evening the playing field. I did not say there was a field. That poster did.

I want Sarah to run. That makes me a kook. Okay, whatever.

I haven't read the whole thread and maybe this is already addressed, but........

Who are these "Tea Party leaders" Sarah is alluding to? I thought the Tea Party Movement has NO leaders, only those local leaders who step forward to organize the rallies across the country.

Palin should be asked to NAME NAMES of these "leaders" whom she's implying are agreeing with her on certain issues.

I believe she's starting to fantasize she's a spokesperson for this mythical "leadership".....and if she is, she had better zip her lip.

So you can’t defend your beliefs and have to resort to name calling?
Thought so.
Maybe you spend some energy getting people elected who will actually change some things.
Unless you enjoy bowing down to your Obama overseer.
