Obamacare, or H.R. 3590, mandates that after 2013 everybody carries essential insurance coverage or be penalized (see Chapter 48 section 5000A). The goal of the law was to provide insurance for all obviously and making requiring everyone to buy it is certainly one way to achieve this goal.

And, of course, with everyone now pitching in the burden will be shared and rates will drop, at least that's how the theory goes.

There is a religious exemption, however, to this mandate which can be found in section d of the above section

You are correct. It looks like it's up to the commissioner of Social Security to decide if Muslims are exempt.

Discussions concerning the Church of John Moses Browning began a number of years ago, with some court cases concerning the Sikhs.

The Sikh religion imposes a number of obligations on its adherents, among which is the carrying, at all times, of a sword or knife - called a kirpan, as a symbol of their willingness to fight injustice. This religious obligation had led to some conflicts with laws forbidding the carrying of knives in certain places. The Sikhs had won, in court, a religious exemption to these bans.

Which got several of us thinking. Could we not get a similar religious exemption for the Church of John Moses Browning, adherents of which would be obligated to carry, at all times and all places, a handgun of Browning design, as a symbol of their willingness to fight injustice?

I have always thought of John Moses Browning as a saint, along with Samuel Colt (who made all men, and women, equal). But I always thought of them as unrecognized Christian saints...

And here, the source I divined about this no longer has the same language about the correlation between the lunation, the Gregorian year 1402 corresponding to the hijra calendar use of the 1st year for it (even though it would not have been the actual year ‘1’ of the hijri caldendar, etc.

This is a video of Nabeel Qureshi and David Wood asking questions at Arabfest, Dearborn. The date is June 21st, 2009. There was a booth at the festival which had a banner titled “Islam: Got Questions? Get Answers.” From their table, we picked up a pamphlet claiming that Islam promotes peace. We noticed that it was full of poor logic and errors, so we decided to make a video refuting it. We went to the booth that gave us the pamphlet to give them the opportunity to defend their claims. Security, however, stepped in and forced us to turn off our camera.

We left the booth, received advice from police, and found out that the actions of the security guards were illegal. We went back to the booth to record a potential answer again. Realizing that the Muslims present had no answer, we left.

When we came outside, we were asked some questions by two young men, who had been sent by security to entrap us. While we responded to them, festival security started assaulting us, as you will see in this video. The conclusion of this video is a mob of festival security attacking our cameras, pushing us back, kicking our legs, and lying to the police.

We ask you, is it a coincidence that the city with the highest percentage of Muslims in the United States is the city where Christianity is not allowed to be represented (let alone preached) on a public sidewalk? Is it coincidence that in this city, people will say “No way!” when we say “This is the United States of America”?

Is this what will happen when Islam takes over the United States?

I think it should be exempt for ALL RELIGIONS, that way the only poeple that it will effect are the LIBERALS since they have no religion... (GLOBAL WARMING IS NOT A RELIGION).
