My wife, a breast cancer survivor, is convinced her cancer was caused by early and heavy HRT. She has the hormone reactive cancer cells.
Several studies have shown, as Puppage has said, that 30 minute brisk walks 5x a week drops a women’s recurrance rate by over 30%.
I can proudly say that we walk our tails off briskly! I want to keep this wonderful woman around for a long time!
