Well, whatever it takes. :)
I am happy to see that my State is one of them.
Now, can we make it FIFTY, for a nice round number?
How fitting..........PATRIOTS respond on my birthday. I am with them till my death!

They’re awfully dumb, awfully arrogant, and awfully presumptious. They’re used to the people being asleep, or inactive, or silent, or distracted, or getting up a head of steam and then getting bored with it and going away. They’re also used to the states sitting back and taking whatever they dish out to them.
This time, I hope, they will have judged us incorrectly.
yeah, we have a twit for a governor.... but at least I still have the pleasure of voting for Sue Myrick in my district.
She has more gnads than all the democrat men in congress combined.
thirteen states.... sounds like the message that was sent to king george...
coincidence... i think not.

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but shouldn’t someone be challenging the fact that so many of these votes were bought? So many congressmen coerced, bribed and threatened? Isn’t all of that illegal?
It’s always been Texan first, American second here.... :D
Sounds like it's time for you to take your ball and go home...
If they win this suit and the feds try to force it on the states. As Rooster Cogburn said “Play your hand you son of a bitch!” And that’s when I can see a mass secession or armed revolt.
I’m hoping for similar results.

13 states file suit - 13 original colonies...the start of the Second American Revolution!!!!!
I called the office of the Governor and the Attorney General in NC. They “have not made a decision yet” according to the switchboard, although she did say they were receiving lots of calls. If you live in NC, start dialing the numbers:
Governor Bev Perdue (Communist) - (919) 733-2391
Roy Cooper - (919) 716-6400
Speaking of guns.....apparently we can own guns in Nevada but our AG won’t bring suit against this monstrosity! One of our local conservative radio personalities, Bill Manders is making a lot of noise about it, though....
I weighed in on the legal issues on my blog today, and CATO’s Randy Barnett had a column over the weekend dealing with the same issue.

My blog link in my tagline.
My POS Attorney General here in KY is running for Senate (Dim) and when I called, the lady switched me to a prerecorded message saying they had been receiving a high volume of calls regarding the health care legislation and if I left my name and number they would take my concerns under advisement. The coward supports the legislation, though, (but keeps that underwraps.)
Anthony Kennedy has jurisdiction over Florida.
