@Abbott2010 I am organizing a conference call tonight for AGs across the country. We will discuss our litigation strategy...

MO passed a bill in the house, I assume it will go to the senate after the HCR bill passes Congress. Then it will have to pass by a veto-proof margin as our governor is untrustworthy-or if he does veto it, they better re pass it over his veto.
So far two VA and Idaho have laws on the books making obama illegal for their states - another 35 or so are in various states of progress
Not sure how many states will join this suit - should be all but a handful
Wasn’t it Idaho??
Here in WI we have a fine Republican AG who no doubt will make a move on this, and the Republicans running for Governor both said they will nullify Obamacare.
You might as well get on down here.
We have lots a Guns, God and Oil.
And we don’t much care what Hussen Nobama says............
BRING ALL THE ROPE IN TEXAS!!!...
I really wish that Alaska’s AG would show some b*lls, and that goes for Parnell also.
Christie might just go for it though. He is really kicking ass and taking names here.
Me to!!!!!
Before leaving Forgottenland, remember that packing yourselves into a few states reduces your influence in Congress. Fight is needed nationwide; it makes a difference in the unlikeliest places sometimes.
“and I also saw something that 38 states could do a Constitutional amendment”
Definitely a bad idea to do that with the politicians we have ‘representing’ us right now.
I am with you there, Man. I was born and raised in CT, used to be a beautiful, very conservative state. But not since Ella Grasso, God rest her soul. And now, well you can bet Martha Caokley will not join this, NOR will Coupe De’Val.
Sounds pretty damned good to me!!!!!
Maybe it’s time to look at supporting Republican state AGs across the country this fall, such as in CT: http://blogs.courant.com/capitol_watch/2010/02/gops-john-pavia-gathering-supp.html
Last count I heard was 37. Stated on the house floor last night a quote from TX AG. “Texas stands ready to lead the way.”
LOL, don’t I know it. I am a teacher in NJ.
Facebook post:
Greg Abbott: We are fully engaged in the legal challenge to the healthcare bill. On Thursday we had a strategy call with other AGs, and today we briefed Texas congressional members who share our concerns with this bill. Texas will be undoubtedly challenge this constitutionally questionable law—it’s just a question of whether to fi...le our own lawsuit or join a multistate effort.

Yeah. I’m finally seriously considering leaving, but I don’t yet know where to go.
If Texas secedes, I’m moving there. Any recommendations for locations?
Great, more Californian losers invading.
