Who’s falling back to no, we are not being told.
That’s what they are saying now. Who really knows with this clown congress in charge!
Here is the article:

I saw that too...amazing the gaul of these people and they snicker as they speak their vile.I worked with a woman like this and thought I had seen everyway of deciet possible until working with her...no rules, no boundaries and a witch in every way! Rules and order were only something she had to find a way around and come up smelling like a rose when it was done. How the house democrates are working is right in line with her behavior.
The fat lady doesn’t sing until the notes are uttered.
what is Hoyer saying now???
HOYER is up LIVE now on FOX
Rule will be adopted for RECONCILIATION BILL- 2 hours for debate...
Senate bill will be in order for a vote...
No intervening debate...
Something’s weird...not sure what’s up.
True enough. It would just be nice to have it recorded though. What weasels!! CO
When they RATS vote, they will vote on the Senate Bill and all of it’s “special and corrupt deals”. This will mean that the HOUSE approves of these deals and then, when n0bama signs it Sunday night, it means He TOO approves of the corrupt deals.
This whole thing is like a Hollywood movie about the destruction of the USA. At first glance you say, “na..this can’t be happening, nor will it ever.” Then, you look again, and say, “Crap, the Republic is on life-support and this is really happening.”
asking Hoyer why no Deemon bill?
They are desperate to peel off some of the Stupak coalition, could it be a “remedy” to provide cover for them...just until the vote? I don’t know, but I put nothing past them.
The order - which does not require congressional approval - would be aimed at reflecting long-standing law barring federal aid for abortions except for cases of rape or incest or when the mother's life is threatened
Democratic Reps. Henry Waxman of California and James Oberstar of Minnesota both said an executive order was under discussion by party leaders.
Oh gees they’re playing a video -I guess it is the Cap Visitor’s Ctr Auditorium that Odinga will speak at http://interactive.foxnews.com/livestream/live.html?chanId=6
Obama’s Medicare Actuary Unable to Review Bill Before Vote [Daniel Foster]
http://corner.nationalreview.com/
Richard Foster (no relation), chief actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has sent this letter to Republican leadership:
Dear Senator McConnell:
This letter is in preliminary response to your inquiry of March 19 requesting an updated analysis by the Office of the Actuary of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (as passed by the Senate) as it would be modified by the Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute to H.R. 4872, the Reconciliation Act of 2010 (as released by the House Committee on Rules on March 18). The request was made jointly by yourself and 10 other members of the House and Senate Republican Leadership.
In your letter, you requested that we provide the updated actuarial estimates in time for your review prior to the expected House debate and vote on this legislation on March 21,2010. I regret that my staff and I will not be able to prepare our analysis within this very tight time frame, due to the complexity of the legislation. We will, however, continue working to estimate the financial, coverage, and other impacts of the health reform package and will provide these results to you as quickly as possible.
As you know, the Office of the Actuary has assisted Congressional Administration policy makers on health legislative and policy initiatives for many years, including the original Medicare legislation in 1965, all subsequent amendments to this program, Medicaid amendments since 1976, and the Clinton Administrations proposed Health Security Act in 1993-94. Our goal has always been to provide independent, objective technical information for use by policy makers as they deliberate Medicare, Medicaid, and national health reform proposals.
We issued an analysis of the Senate Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in a memorandum dated January 8, 2010. While it is reasonable to expect that our updated analysis of this legislation, as modified by the reconciliation amendments, would be generally similar to the results in the January 8 memorandum, I cannot confirm this expectation without a full evaluation of the amendments and re-estimation of the provisions.
I am sending a similar letter to House Republican Leader Boehner, and, for expediency, will email copies to the other cosigners of your request. I am sorry that we cannot respond more quickly. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can assist with.
Sincerely,
Richard. S. Foster
Chief Actuary

Democratic Rep. Alcee Hastings (Fla.) just said this (120 pm) in the most powerful committee of the United States House of Representatives. The people’s house:
“There ain’t no rules here, we’re trying to accomplish something. . . .All this talk about rules. . . .When the deal goes down . . . we make ‘em up as we go along.”
He IS a madman!! A total megalomaniac!! CO
Hoyer just said ‘more than 50’. They are going back to the other unconstitutional trick...The Nuclear Option.
