Actor Peter Graves was found dead Sunday at his home in Pacific Palisades, according to law enforcement sources. Graves, who stared in "Mission: Impossible," "Airplane!" and Billy Wilder's "Stalag 17"--apparently died of natural causes, the sources said.
Graves was 83, according to a biography on the website IMDB.com.

Stalag 17. Just watched it again a few weeks ago.
All. Time. Classic.
Fury! I totally forgot about that show. I used to love it, too. Didn’t know it was Peter Graves in it, though.
Yes, Mr Graves stared as well as starred in movies and TV. (Geez, does the LAT read what they write?)
Oh now have a heart, maybe he had Graves' disease! :-/
(RIP, Mr. Graves.)
Little brother of James Arness.
Me too. Ruined the picture for me. Never went back for the sequels. It’s almost a rule with a very few exceptions that movie versions of tv shows are abominations.
It’s a pretty good run, as they say.
He entertained us for many hours of decent TV...RIP Mr Graves...
Thanks, you’re correct.
Oh, there was also that film “Killers from Space” (1954), with those bulging-eyed aliens. Terrible film, but I’d invariably watch it whenever it turned up, just to get a kick out of seeing Graves giving it his all, despite the slapdash proceedings!
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?
No one else does...
Not in my teenage fantasy, she wasn’t.
I discover that he was in when I start watch Law and ORder mothership then I watch Mission Impossible season 1 I was thinking HEY Adam where is Briscoe and McCoy LOL!
Don’t ask LOL!
Who were the other two?
I would take Briscoe and Stone. McCoy would be an emergency reserve operative.
This was a bad week to quit sniffing glue.
RIP, Pete.
..and the other Cory.
There's a DVD with commentary?! I have to run out and buy/rent it!
Graves said that he thought shooting on the film would end when he uttered the line, Have you seen a man naked?
Was it in the script? I've heard that the studio interfered in the movie production, but why was he worried they'd shut down filming after that line?
One thing I read (but am not sure it's confirmed) was that the Zucker brothers wanted to use a prop plane in the exterior shot -- a homage to Zero Hour (their inspiration for Airplane!). The studio refused, so they dubbed in the sound of a prop plane for every exterior shot.
