This has NOTHING to do with PAYGO and EVERYTHING to do with arm twisting for his takeover of health care in America. I urge all FReepers who live in the districts of those above to call and express opposition to ObamaCare!!

I posted earlier that HHS Sec Sebilius is having the CEO’s of the FIVE LARGEST health insurance companies over to the White House tomorrow. She will also be twisting arms and threatening the CEO’s in order to try and buy their support for ObamaCare. The CEO’s will LOVE Obamacare at first, because it will give them access to 30 million more customers, most of which will get gov’t checks to pay for their ‘insurance’. It will only be later when the CEO’s realize Obama is the devil, he will screw them just like he is screwing the taxpayer right now. Of course in the meantime the CEO’s will make huge profits and bonuses for a few years, and will be gone before the Sh!t hits the fan.

"Representative Dennis Moore, D-KS "

Who isn't running for re-election, and has already been under Obama's desk on this health care crap (thanks, Johnson County).

I see Heath Shuler on the list from NC. He is strong opponent on abortion but voted the first time around. He is a no vote now. He has been getting creamed back here from what I know. This is a list of no votes in the house. They are there for a little Chicago style arm twisting.

Even if it had to do with PAYGO, the Democrats -- more specifically then-Congressman Leon Panetta who is now CIA director -- created PAYGO in 1990, is the practice of financing expenditures with funds that are currently available to the government rather than borrowed off the backs of the American people either through taxation or other means, such as creating unspent wealth over in the Federal Reserve.

Bunning has every damn right to be ticked.  The American people should be too.

The health care bill doesn't use funds left over in the Porkulus bill.  It's creating another mountain of debt from money that doesn't even exist yet.

Kravotil (D), a carpetbagger from PG county, now District 1 in Maryland, was given a “hall pass” to vote against leadership on the previous vote, in a pretty conservative district.

He won his election in 2008 by about 500 votes and is facing the same candidate next time out in November.

I think he is already considered to be toast in 2010, regardless of how he may vote on this. Voting for this bill should be followed by his announcement to retire.

You gotta wonder how stupid Specter is?

I wonder if Obama will promise to support his re-election bid, after stabbing him in the back once.

What a bunch of lowlife scumbags! They all deserve each other.

I don’t see Gabby Giffords from AZ on the list. Is she beyond hope and already in the tank for Obama?

Shuler voted yes on a lot of things he should not have. Even some of his ardent fans are beginning to feel betrayed. I never cared for him, did not vote for him. It’s pretty sad because we are members of the same church, literally. How he can listen to the same sermons I do and hold hands with the gun- grabbing, anti- life party of government enslavement is truly beyond my comprehension.

I don’t think this is a full list. Acuri (NY) just announced he’s flipping from yes -> no (good!) but he’s not on the list.

Or maybe he wants in invitation ...

“I think he is already considered to be toast in 2010, regardless of how he may vote on this.”

Do you think Harris is a sure bet to win this time? Or does Kravotil think he can squeeze it out again?

Never take anything for granted, but in the wake of conservative gains in VA, NJ and MA, I like Harris’s chances.

I remember traveling over to the Eastern Shore in October ‘08 and there were a lot of Obama signs out there in Stevensville and Kent. I honestly think there were some mods and indies just hoping for something a little different, and they thought Obama was some kind of agent of change.

You could ask someone over there, but my guess is that they are not so happy with the direction that Obama has taken them. His policies do not reflect their values.

Conservatives in D-1 will be chomping at the bit to go out and send a message to the President. The guy is absolutely tone deaf! Right now the only way that can be done is by squashing folks like Kravotil, regardless of how he may vote on this healthcare debacle.

I hope they send him packing. Maryland deserves better leadership.
