Kravotil (D), a carpetbagger from PG county, now District 1 in Maryland, was given a “hall pass” to vote against leadership on the previous vote, in a pretty conservative district.
He won his election in 2008 by about 500 votes and is facing the same candidate next time out in November.
I think he is already considered to be toast in 2010, regardless of how he may vote on this. Voting for this bill should be followed by his announcement to retire.

Do you think Harris is a sure bet to win this time? Or does Kravotil think he can squeeze it out again?
