On the radio KFI LA..
That place has been laid to waste.
Those prisoners escaping during the earthquake remind me of a Simpsons episode where there was a hurricane in Springfield that blew away a man about to receive the death penalty by electrocution. As he flew in the air he yelled so long suckers, only to be blown straight into live electrical wires and fried. hahahaha
Wow.
Whooah!!

OBAMA will be making big announcement in a few minutes per CNN...
No joke. What the hey is he going to say??
They haven’t even been able to get inside some buildings to get people yet. I don’t think 120 is the final number by a long shot.
is it a matter of word choice? It seems the movements continue a bit , shifting etc... it seems like each one is an earthquake, although it be, follow up to the primary/first movement?
I think it is primarily academic to people like me.. to those living in it, they do not care what it is called, it is frightening & often life altering
I concur
Checked one of the links above to youtube and some wingnut is blaming HAARP. Does that count?

It's Jim Berkland. http://www.syzygyjob.com. His view is that tidal forces at the new/full moon increase the probability of an earthquake. We are approaching a full moon.
Yellowstone is beautiful. There are other spots in this area just as much so, without the tourists, or the buffalo. They are dangerous wild animals, you know. :-)
When you build in Chile you put a steel rod column every nine feet to the side and every nine feet up. The buildings flex but they tend not to crumble.
I was there in the 1985 earthquake. The partly constructed church I was in shivered and groaned and loose items fell from where they were installing the ceiling but the walls and roof stayed up.
