Yes, pretending that this thread is a Rand Paul quote is nonsense, I don't know how he feels on the question, but to pretend that as a spokesmen for a presidential candidate in 2007 when he was saying HE thinks, HE believes to the audience is not relevant to anything.

- please tell me which president really started this policy of foreign military intervention (hint WW) and explain how he was “conservative”.
