You can’t come up with a better list than that?

Are you kidding me?
Perry would be poison in a national campaign.
He has been a decent enough governor, but he comes across like a televangelist.

This initial thread should be to nominations for inclusion on the straw poll.

THUNE..............86.77

For example, Senator Thune's ACU rating is 86.8, and he might make a very good candidate.

Senator DeMint is the most conservative Senator, he probably could never win the election, but neither could many of those on your straw poll.

Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has an interesting story of success and fiscal restraint in the Hoosier State, that would match up well with Obama's profligacy.

You are being silly.
Do you think, for a moment, that Barbour has never been forced to support a RINO???

Palin is doing what she has to do.

Grow up and play the game.

Do all these nominees pass the “natural born citizen” requirements?

We must obey the laws of the Constitution.

I like John McCain.

Is there not a website out there somewhere for you and people like you to post and comment on news articles?

If not Palin, I might write in Dr. Thomas Sowell.

I'll go with Sarah, but I sure wish she would double think before endorsing boneheads.
