Great show! I try to NEVER miss Beck radio show and TV show.

Not too cold here on Texas Gulf coast. Supposed to get down to 40F tonight and 50F tomorrow. My sister and my mother are snowed in, in Oklahoma. My sister in law had 7F yesterday in Palo Iowa and we had 70F.

I LOVE our winters here. Been here most of the time since 1973 and no hurricanes have ever hit my house. And no earthquakes, no blizzards, etc. No locusts, pestilence, etc either....

He did say that, and Burt and I both cringed and Burt opposed that and so Beck moved him half way, and I said, “Fair.”

Thanks for the response and thank you for cringing!

I'll wait to hear the last 15 minutes before I'll agree the move was "fair" -- is that fair? ;*)

LS, you were GREAT! I want to buy your book!

You weren't the only one...seen the Amazon sales charts this evening? An appearance on Beck's show is always good for a sales spike...people are seeking the truth.

After seeing the show tonight...
I wish more FReepers had read this old thread of mine...
Wisconsin Stories: Laboratory of Democracy Posted on 11/12/2000 (F5 if it doesn't show as it's an old thread)
Cooper: LaFollette, Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson-- these are the first generation of politicians who really come of age when the great power, the power in the American economy has passed over to the big businesses.
Snip...Cooper: By 1904, he has effectively made intra-Republican politics, the real political division in Wisconsin. It's not Republicans vs. Democrats, it's LaFollette's faction vs. the old guard. The names they called themselves were interesting, too. His group called themselves "Progressives." And this is the first time that that word begins to be used. That will go on to become the national word for reform.

One comment! Just one!

Ask them if that includes sharia law on womyn's rights, or homosexuality.

Ask them if that includes Chile's forced donations of 10% of savings into *private* accounts for retirement.

Cheers!

Keep it up. Squeeze harder. Some blood needs to leak from our eyeballs.
Do it. Squeeze, baby, squeeze.

Look at the old man quietly crying, leaning against the Iwo Jiima Memorial at Arlington Cemetery. As he turns to you, smiles with some embarrassment, and says in a choked whisper, "I was there." Ask him, "Is it just metal and clay?" Ask him. I dare you.

Such blasts from the past. My heart is weeping!

I miss him for a variety of reasons.
From the thread article itself which is so prescient...
Finally, we come to the power-lusters themselves - the so-called 'progressive' elite. These individuals are often driven by a profound self-hatred which they direct outwards and project onto humanity in general. Their own self-loathing drives their passion to rule and subjugate, and thus opens the door to the justification for most unimaginable of atrocities and crimes against man, nature, justice and reason.

On Today's Program

BOLD & FRESH TOUR UPDATES!!

Tomorrow night’s show in Norfolk, Virginia has been CANCELLED due to the approaching snow storm which caused the Governor to declare a state of emergency. It has been rescheduled for Friday, May 21st. More details on the rescheduled Norfolk show are available HERE.

The Bold Fresh Tour SIMULCAST will go on AS SCHEDULED tomorrow night in movie theaters everywhere, as viewers will see a taped HD version of tonight’s TAMPA show instead of the live Norfolk show. Don’t miss your chance to see Bill O’Reilly and Glenn in movie theaters nationwide, get complete simulcast details and theater information HERE

Check out Glenn’s announcement regarding the show from radio today ( Transcript, FREE Audio).

Glenn would also like to announce that tonight’s show in Tampa, Florida caused the President to look for another venue to announce his wasting of $1.3 billion on a high speed rail connecting Tampa and Orlando. Glenn feels really, really, really, really bad about that -- sort of. By the way, almost 20,000 people will see Glenn and Bill O'Reilly, while the President drew about 2,000.

Glenn not radical enough?

This caller took Glenn up on his advice: start learning (or re-learning) history. Most people are so comfortable with the freedoms we currently enjoy that we forget how it is we got here. Steve in Arizona went back and started with the Constitution and came to the conclusion that Glenn is not radical enough. Find out why and check out the call from radio this morning. ( Transcript, Insider Audio

Libs finding out hard truths

Liberals are outraged at the mere thought of being mentioned in the same breath with older progressives and liberals who shared their beliefs and turned out to be disastrous leaders. But, they don't seem to mind glorifying leaders like Che. After watching Glenn's documentary, 'The Revolutionary Holocaust', they are starting to see just how horrible people like Che really were. Of course, not ALL of them are seeing the light. Humberto Fontova explains. STORY

Obama finally sees the light

Perhaps someone with the intellect of Barack Obama should have known that moving a 9/11 terror trial to New York City wasn't the best idea in the world. Finally, the President has caved in and it has been reported that he ordered the Justice Department to find new places to hold the trial. Glenn has a suggestion for the President as to where the trial should be held. Find out where and listen to Glenn talk about it on radio this morning. ( Transcript, Insider Audio)

GLOBAL WARMING UPDATE: Al Gore has picked up another devoted follower to his global warming movement, and the world is waiting to see if Gore will make a joint statement from the latest big name supporter of his movement: Osama Bin Laden. Osama made a passionate plea for the Earth. Read it HERE

What America lacks: HONOR. This August honor makes a comeback. Washington used to be full of politicians serving the people, now it's politicians serving themselves. Ready to make history? Everyone at the Restoring Honor rally in Washington on 8/28 will do just that. Get more details about the event HERE and you can help out by donating to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation HERE

Tonight on TV: How progressives have hijacked American history and what you can do about it - tonight at 5pm only on the Fox News Channel!

I attended the LIVE Bold Fresh Beck & O’Reilly event at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa this evening. Over 16,000 cheering foot stomping patriots had a great time!

Glenn’s impersonations of WHO (White House Occupant), Pelosi & Biden had the crowd roaring with laughter!

Bill & Glenn were an entertaining team and they clearly enjoy teasing one another, exchanging ideas and talking politics!

Beck & Bill got talking about ‘body language’ & the State of the Union speech......Suddenly Glenn began to tilt his head up high ala Obama and move his hands pointing fingers...He did all Obama’s ‘body language’.

People were roaring with laughter!

Yes, at last glance, the book had gone higher than ANY of my books ever, except one time 48 Liberal Lies reached #30, I think.

GREAT job, Larry! Thanks for standing up for our Constitution. You made us proud! :)

As for that "cringing" part....... I wish I could ask Beck how he puts Bush on the side of the "progressives" who are shredding the Constitution, including him with Obama, when we have before our eyes, both Roberts and Alito who are strict constructionist, absolutely Constitutionalist Justices, who are part of the thin four man thread holding our country and our Constitution together.

Sometimes Beck's ADD and emotionalism makes him lose his mind.

Usually he's right on target, but on this, IMHO, he's nuts.
