Polls are open.
Senate race in Massachusetts comes down to wire Read the article here: http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-mass-senate19-2010jan19,0,6084655.story?track=rss
I hate election fraud. Passing out absentee ballots when the absentee deadline has passed. FGS.
Making people declare, so the poll workers will know which ballots to destroy.
Were it me, I wouldn’t leave the polling place.

Globe jumps the gun in online map goof
UPDATE: Bob Powers, vice president of communications for the Globe, blamed the goof on the Associated Press. Heres his statement:
“AP was testing an election data feed to its Massachusetts clients. During corresponding tests at our end, the feed of APs hypothetical test data was inadvertently posted for a few minutes on a single subsection page within our site. As soon as the error was discovered, it was removed. We regret the mishap.”
keep us updated with your local news please?
I’m tuned into Howie too.
I need this “fix.”
He seems really confident.
Bullsh*t!
Yeah, Howie sounds positively giddy.

Massachusetts Secretary of State Will Promptly Announce a Winner of Scott Brown vs. Martha Coakley Senate Race
The Massachusettss Secretary of State, the chief election official in the state, announced today he will not delay declaring a winner, as Democrats have hoped for. He will verify the results once a clear winner becomes evident. He does state though, if the race is close, he has ten days to count absentee ballots.
The absentee ballots may provide controversy as a Massachusetts election official has been filmed offering to mark ballots for Coakley.
What’s that about .. pants on the ground?
Has it taken the place of boots on the ground?
All I’m thinkin’ is the FReeper rally chant to
Clinton at the WH ... LOL
Cause we’re worth it!
Given the scant numbers of politically successful pubbies in MA (before today), this doesn’t surprise me at all.
Thanks...using the latest data there....
Here’s what I’ve come up with (using estimates etc)
2,000,000 Indy 70% = 1,400.000
1,500,000 Rats 20% = 300,000
500,000 GOP 100% = 500,000
4,000,000 (total reg) 2,200,000 (for Brown Or 55% if vote)
Not all will vote and many are dead or have moved away and will not vote even with the help of SEIU and ACORN.
We get the enthusiams turn out so I’m going to say it will be closer to 60-40 in final tally.
So she will not have to appear in public when the final tally is announce is suspect Mah sha will give up early.....or not at all publicly.
