At the top of the Boston Government Center MBTA station this morning two young dingbats handing out Martha Coakley fliers. I watched for a bit ( Gov. Ctr. station is center of Boston and very busy ). No one paid them any mind, no one took any fliers.

If Brown and the good people of my state can pull this off it really will be a miracle.

The way that InTrade works is that there is a spread between bid and asked (buy and sell) prices. They always report the most recent transaction as the current “price”. There is a large difference between those bid and asked, so when there is action on both sides of the ledger, it appears that the price is bouncing around a lot, and rapidly.

It is more useful to look at the bid and asked prices of POTENTIAL transactions than to look at the “last” price.

I’m just catching up with all of you...I heard things look great. I hope you won’t be disappointed if I go to a closer venue to watch results and party. I’m just worried that as I race in...I won’t even get in the door. There is a party nearby at F1 in Braintree hosted by Michele McPhee....as much as I wanted to go to Boston, I just think the timining and people voting, the subway will be jammed and I’ll end up with no-one to celebrate...So stay tuned and I’ll let you know what’s going on.
