What you said, Rocky. Well put!

Rudy's ok and there's a niche he could fill nicely; Attorney General.
I've chatted with poiticians across the spectrum and nearly all had had a job they wished they never left to run for elected office.

B9, thank you for pinging me to rlmorel's BEAUTIFUL and moving post.
RLM, you just made the hard-earned contribution, not tons but probably more than we could prudently afford, that we sent to Brown last week WORTH EVERY PENNY AS IF EACH PENNY WERE GOLD.
I am weeping at the lovliness of your post and the photo. Thank you, RLM, for writing it, and again b9, thanks for the ping.
God bless America.

A Miracle in Massachusetts...
The public has definitely been energized by today's U.S. Senate election in Massachusetts.
I certainly hope Obama can... finally... feel the public's 'energy', too...

I’m in Southern MN, we have a special election next Tuesday. It should be interesting. I have not been here 3 years so I am behind. I sure miss Indiana. LOL

Equally moving is the homepage of RLM.
RLM, thank you for sharing your list of “heroes.” As a result, I have just ordered the audio version of Witness by Whittaker Chambers.

"BOR said 49-41 breaking for Coakley, but didn't say how big a population the late-breakers were." This is deceptive unless taken within it's context. At this point in the race, e.g. the end, the undecideds are VERY low. If you want to put a really high number on them, say 5%, that would mean out of 2 million voters about 100,000 were undecided. Of those 49,000 went for Coakley and 41,000 went for Brown. That's just an 8,000 vote margin i favor of Coakley.
To: STARWISE
I figured it might get 20-30k views. I NEVER imagined this many but it just goes to show how utterly important this race was on a national level.

Yes, I’d tune in for the rebuttal for sure. Not sure I’d watch the Pretender-in-Chief spew his communist ideas and lies though.

Well said! And I’m sorry you were taken to task in Wisconsin...WE have nothing to brag about with our lunatic lefty politics, either...
But, some of us, like you, are working on it!!
If anything, I think we’re seeing that we need a NETWORK of Freepers working on elections in ANY state, at any time.
Too bad the RNC doesn’t get that!

I had to wait until this morning to go back and read your wonderful post again - my ISP broke about halfway through the evening. Thanks for a memorable contribution to this forum.
