Americans are calling for PROFILING, yes, that is the correct word to use. They want security measures that target those with the highest probability of being terrorists. Yes, that includes Muslims, Arabs, Palestinians, and those with roots from the Middle East and North Africa – oh yeah, and those who are already on watch lists because of their behavior. Why is this not being done, even though it is the most efficient and effective way to counter terrorism? Because those in power have too much empathy for those who would be targeted for closer examination. They have decided to sacrifice the safety of Americans for the comfort and tranquility of a few, many of whom sympathise with the enemy.
If the empathy and political correctness continue, the enemy will succeed with progressively more and larger attacks. Imagine a nuke in NY or DC, a Beslan massacre in a school near you. This will eventually result in an anger and desire for retribution from the American people not seen since WWII. Obama’s ilk will not retain power in the world they create. In the end the profiling will come, along with frustration, anger, and retribution – the result will not be pretty for either side. Unless a rational approach is taken soon we will see a war that deserves the moniker of WWIII. Calm will only come after hell has been visited upon Earth. If there is true empathy for innocent Muslims, rational profiling now is in their best interests, because if it comes later it will include much more than an extra pat down. There will be deportations, holding camps, monitoring, interrogations, registrations, pledges of allegiance, restrictions from sensitive positions, restrictions from ownnig weapons, closing of mosques, censoring, and yes, executions. Those will be the small steps that occur in America, what happens outside of America will pale in comparison to what Bush did after 9/11. Imagine the destruction of Mecca and Medina, nuclear bunker busters in Isfahan, Natanz, unrestricted assassinations, etc. Imagine what Israel does today times 1 million and you are imagining the world that Obama creates.

“Isolated extremist” is the most important thing to take away from this statement. I find this to be unbelievable. He cannot admit publicly that we are under attack from radical Islam. Major Hasan and now the Nigerian nightmare are just the foot soldiers of an enemy that is bent on our destruction, i.e., modernity and Western Civilization. They are not insane or isolated.

Karl Rove is good at bitch slapping Obama but he also gave Obama a good grade for his Presidency a week back which I did not like, but LOVE the bitch slapping he gave him today. The second I heard “Isolated extremists” my ears went up.
His grandmother was a unitarian, his mom an agnostic, and his dads were non-practicing muslims.
When he converted to Christianity as an adult, it was in the the church of the former muslim Jeremiah Wright who said some very unChristian things.
He is on record saying that his kids don’t get Christmas gifts (he chooses one gift for the whole family). Fine. Whatever. He cites security and being unfamiliar with a good church in DC as reasons he doesn’t go out on Sundays. How about a private minister coming to the White House? Would that work?
It’s a matter of choice. He’s non-observant and while he makes grand gestures to the Islamic community, on Christianity, he’s silent. He compared Jesus’ message to socialism and missed the meaning of Christmas (he said “love” whereas it was a gift of redemption).
He did go to church on Easter. But I guess he figured the masses who cling to religion were paying attention a couple of months into his presidency.
Now he’s on vacation.
The administration calls them radicals and extremists but refuses to identify what the ideology is that they express.
Obama’s grandfather was an avowed communist. His mother ( Stanley Ann) reportedly was an atheist.
Stanley Dunham (the grandfather) would spoke pot and discuss commie philosophy with black communist and writer Frank Marshall Davis—who could well be Bam’s dad.
Barack Obama certainly grew up a Red Diaper Doper Baby, heir to the Leftist revolution of 1968.
