New Scientist and the Economist are both slaves to leftist agendas masquerading as professional journals. It is amazing how many rational people will cite articles in either publication as legitimate, given their blatant leftist propaganda.

The truth and principles of science are only as good as the truth and principles so called scientists put into science. Garbage in, garbage out. When political agendas, grants and popularity become the goals of scientists, their science is junk. Leftist, apocalyptic fear-mongering is junk, and if science wants to support it, science is junk.

Thank you. Include Science, Nature and Scientific American.
Also Apple Computer and dozens of top 500 corp. who whored themselves out for a few bucks.

I should say, ‘in hope of making a few extra bucks’. May they rot for what they have done.

In the past the Economist has been very good at exposing junk science promoted by envirowackos. I'm not sure why they got globull warming wrong, but then a lot of people have been hoodwinked by the fake “consensus.”

May they rot for what they have done.

It's pretty much guaranteed you'll get your wish.

Historically, when media or scientific types throw in with Marxists, tempted to do so by money or influence, they get a surprise when the Marxists have consolidated power and no longer need them.

Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to the Gulag you go!

The Economist has been leftist for a long time. If you are looking for a science article in a financial magazine, you are looking in the wrong place.
