No mention that the El Nino is forecast to come to a close in the Pacific just using the word warmer temps. I belong to many hurricane forums and they are the biggest global warming hypers you can ever come across. I have storm chased plenty and have been in a dozen + canes. El Nino is the reason as it always is.

But to them? It's all about the melting polar caps. I swear it's like they sit and watch The Day After Tomorrow around the clock.

FYI - William Gray is a climate change/global warming skeptic. I don’t know about the other person.

I doubt they really know what constitutes “average”.

It seems to me that these guys are rarely correct. Climate gate has confirmed all of these reports are suspect.

I belong to many hurricane forums.

I visit easternuswx.com during the season. I'm always looking for new sites to learn more about hurricanes.

How much do these guys get paid? I could sit there with a Magic 8 Ball and make outlandish predictions if the money’s good.

I propose that EVERY future hurricane be named after High Priest Algore. ie, Algore I, Algore II, Algore III, Algore IV, ect, into perpetuity.

Here was there 2009 forecast:

“Forecasters say there is a 70 percent chance of having nine to 14 named storms, of which four to seven could become hurricanes, including one to three major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5).”

No matter, all weather proves global warming, so no matter what happens, it is your duty to hand over your money and freedom to Al Gore and the gang to save the world.

Guess they liked the 2009 forecast so much that they amped it up a tad and repeated it.
