You always bring an insightful perspective to things.

It was a little disturbing to hear the soldier at the end say that things were back to normal, almost as if nothing had happened.

I wonder, though. Are they?

Surely, if the PC cancer has so blinded the upper echelons of the military, imagine the pressure being put on the ordinary enlisted man or woman.

To complete my ramble, have they "forgotten" or are they just that intimidated that they don't feel free to discuss the obvious?

Poor guy seemed quite disturbed by it himself.

There were several people who could not talk to us at all. We got lucky that we found some real gems who weren't under orders to hush.

I just don't get the "diversity" crapola. It seems that along with our civilian leadership, the military leadership also doesn't have a clue as to who and what we are really at war with, apart from the nation building schiesse!

It's at the level of farce now. When you see how many people along the way... starting a decade ago!... let Hasan go through to the next stage, despite their concerns, because they didn't want to be the one to point the finger at the Muslim guy, well...

The blame for this incident really does ride squarely on the PC aura that has blinded them all.
