It was a little disturbing to hear the soldier at the end say that things were back to normal, almost as if nothing had happened.
I wonder, though. Are they?
Surely, if the PC cancer has so blinded the upper echelons of the military, imagine the pressure being put on the ordinary enlisted man or woman.
To complete my ramble, have they "forgotten" or are they just that intimidated that they don't feel free to discuss the obvious?
Poor guy seemed quite disturbed by it himself.
There were several people who could not talk to us at all. We got lucky that we found some real gems who weren't under orders to hush.
