Sarah Palin made her position on illegal immigration known tonight in an radio interview with Rusty Humphries show. At the 11.00min mark in the interview Gov Palin states that we need to close the Southern border. She said that they are called illegal for a reason and if they can not follow the rules they do not need to be in this country.

bttt?
No thanks, little artificial American guy. I don’t know why you don’t love us, but there you are.
yawn.
Is that anything like trolling Sarah Palin threads for an opportunity to denigrate her and tout your candidate? You should change your tagline to "I am a Sarah Palin PDS Troll", since that seems to be your clear intent these days.
I will gladly start posting back to you each time I see you on a Palin thread. I will repeat post #38 as a response to every trolling post i see you make. Your intent is clear. Your apparent lack of honor is also clear. I think most people would call that hypocrisy...

That post was by a Party Chairman representing Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, so take all of his posts as you would Howard Dean's or the Party Chairman of the Greens or the Libertarian Party.
In other words, the poster that uses the name EternalVigilance is currently the Party Chairman of Alan Keyes's personally created third party, and is determined to stop Governor Palin at all costs, from gaining the Republican nomination. - a12
Sarah Palin now has 1,084,585 supporters on FaceBook.
Alan Keyes has 6,767 supporters.
Yeah, that is fine, now within 30 seconds , post the title of this thread.
BTW, while alan gained 6 additional FaceBook supporters today, Sarah has gained THOUSANDS! That ought to help you sleep well!
see previous comment.
I hope that you realize that EternalVigilance
was lying there, right?
We are on top of that, you can relax now.
great.
I pinged you because I will be repeating your post every time I see him post on a Sarah Thread. He's welcome to start his own thread and see how far it goes... but I doubt it'd get many responses!
I appreciate zeal, but when it looks futile, it probably is futile... and Dr. Keyes is just another squeaking voice.
Thank God for Sarah Palin. She's not perfect. She's just what we need, an electable conservative.
However, I note the Huckabee and Romney in 2008 altered their positions when they saw it was a liability to be not very hard on illegal immigration.
I seem to recall some comments about immigration from Palin in 2008 that did not sit too well with me, I wonder if it was just McCain script she was forced to parrot; at any rate, maybe her book delves into that.
We can trust her to a point, but even when it comes to Sarah Palin as with any of our national leaders, I say constantly trust BUT VERIFY.
Who she puts in around her who may havetrack records/background/connections on illegal immigration will be very, very interesting.
If she has a lot of border sovereignty types in her closest council, that will be good. If there are wish washy types and previously open borders' RINO types, not so good.
So, we continue to remain vigilant, we wish her the best, and as always do our homework in advance of 2012.
And we put WVKayaker out there.
Homework is good. If done vigorously, it will find that there is no inconsistencies in her statements. She has chosen to expand on them at this time. In her book, she does not reveal any support for keeping illegals. Indeed, this statement in question is more verification.
There is no perfect candidate. There are electable ones. I will stick with the lady in red! Anybody that can juggle an infant on her hip, write a book, KEEP in the center of Zero's (and company) bullseye, and draw such crowds (without rock bands) of fans begging her to run for 2012, is my type of candidate.
I voted for my first Republican in 1980. I was raised in the Democrat South. I voted Carter in, and I voted him out. First Reagan, then GHWB, and against Bubba. When the ran Dole against him, I scratched my head, and held my nose. Dole is an honorable old man.
With GWB, I hoped and pulled the lever twice. My hopes were filled by visions of deficits and bigger gum't in the mirror. I still can't believe how that turned out. It set up this pResident to keep the Socialist ball rolling, even faster. We are at the brink of something bad, I fear. We have to stop the train, and rip out the tracks.
I first saw Mrs. Palin speak at the RNCNC, as VP nominee. Her words woke up something, not just her looks. Since then, my admiration has grown to solid support. I have made it a goal to help get her elected POTUS in 2012.
But, that goal is far away, and 2010 is in her cross hairs. She has pledged to help elect other like-minded conservatives. Will she deal with illegals. Yes. How? I don't know, but she can't do worse than her predecessors!!!
I will keep guard on Sarah. It is a constant battle with so many trolls trying to drain off support for some losing or tiny-minded battles of their choice. She is usually carrying, so I won't worry about being armed with more than words and the internet.
Sarah Palin had 1,081,825 supporters on FaceBook yesterday morning. Alan Keyes had 6,761 supporters, as of the same time.
Sarah Palin had 1,084,585 supporters on FaceBook around 4 this morning. Alan Keyes had 6,767 supporters.
Sarah Palin has 1,084,745 supporters on FaceBook as of this writing. Alan Keyes has 6,767 supporters, as of right now...
But you obviously agree with the larger premise of my #172, which was the need for continued diligence on ALL of our major candidates for 2012, to make sure they do not stray, even if they are good. I think we would agree on that, and that is precisely what I was trying to emphasize. Nobody is above our scrutiny.
Obama, McCain and Palin stated they would no attempt to remove the illegals in the US and are for some type of amnesty.
I’m against amnesty and you fix the problem by arresting and deporting the illegals and arresting and severely punishing the employers. Something that was starring to happen in 2008 but was shut down by Obama and Nappy.
Texan here, I know what you mean.
Thanks
