Free Republic does not and will not support RINOS!! Not now!! Not ever!!
My day after Thanksgiving message | 11/26/200 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 11/26/2009 9:55:25 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Apparently there are still some posters on FR who are fast asleep. Wake up! Dammit! We are in the middle of a conservative rebellion! While you were sleeping we, along with millions of other freedom loving grassroots Americans have participated in hundreds of tea parties all across this great land and fully intend to keep it up until all of America is awake. We are fed up and mad as hell! We grassroots Americans are delivering a message to the ruling class: NO MORE!!

No more big government! No more high taxes! No more government bailouts! No more government takeovers! No government healthcare! No more corruption! No more global baloneyism!!

We're sick and tired of liberals and RINOs running roughshod over our God given Liberty!

We want our country back! We want our freedom back! We want it all back!!

No more socialism!!

Cut the taxes! Cut the spending! Cut the government!

Restore the constitutional limits on government! Restore our freedom!!

And not only no, but HELL NO to liberals and RINOS!!

Free Republic will not support RINOS!! Rudy McRomney, et al, can go straight to hell!!

The strategy is we win, they lose.

Any questions?

Any questions?

Just a couple. Does anyone have a ping list for these occasional reminders from you? If so, can we nominate FRINOs for the ping list?

specific plans

Let me suggest an item for the action list: Don't let any polling place go without a conservative or at least Republican election judge.

No more 110% turnout counts.

Agreed.

But one thing we are finding out is that she’s tough (but we knew that), and resilient, and capable of one huge comeback, like RR.

Hey numb skull! She lost because she was a RINO. And the GOP, who follows your mantra of ‘anyone is better than Obama as long as an R is behind their name’ pushed her- including that jackass Newt.

Agree with all...

I think many at the tea parties however are victims of much misinformation & the way to get them to change from RAT to conservatism is good education & most rely on MSM.. and we all know how great that is for an educational tool. I have been to a few Tea Parties & there were fringe groups with signs supporting abortion, gay rights, Anti Bush etc.

Most were there initially because of being fed up with the spending spree. Now the issues of health & cap/trade are added

anecdotal story.. for my birthday a few weeks ago a friend was getting me a bead for Pandora bracelet. I already had an elephant and was looking at the Hippo (my dog Toby is nicknamed Hippo).. the sales lady tried her best to talk me into the Rhino instead. I couldn’t stop laughing. Both she & my friend thought I was strange..

And a belated Happy Thanksgiving to you to JR.

Any support of the part, is support of the whole and voting the lesser of two evils still results in evil.

" The idea should be to win over the RINOs and pull them rightward. Yelling them down and telling them to go to hell does nothing except to advance the cause of the bad guys. "

It's one thing to have the RINOs who lurk on here and read about Conservative values, it's totally different thing is when they spew out their RINO propaganda and their RINO candidates and tell us that we are " BIGOTS " because we oppose their candidate.

Those RINOS who lurk on here are welcome, but, if they are going to push Liberalism, them, that when we have a problem with it.

Worthless example.

I asked which RINO is worse than Obama.

Still waiting.

Principle before party, period. And if that means someone Obama over Rudy, so be it. Why? Because it won't be conservatives that put Rudy on the ticket. It will be RINOs. So don't blame those who hold true to conservatism. Blame those who sold out their principles for political expediency.

You got that right. I'm not going to aid and abet the crybabies that whine, "Only a RINO can win!" with my vote, either.

Hey! You RINOs want your Obama Lite? Then you can vote for them yourself and we'll all have Obama straight—which is what you get with Obama Lite, too.

You want my vote? Run fiscal conservatives that will stand up to the donkeys and cut out the fat, corruption, and collusion!

Here! Here!

Very well stated and I agree completely!!

Running into a wall at a 100 miles per hour isn’t much different than running into it at 90 miles per hour.

And 10 miles per hour is about the difference that RINOs make.

No more.

Conservative certainly believe in free association and that has to go for trade unions as well.

The history is muccy and they bare corrupt in many cases but there are plenty of good unionn workers that belong due to thier locale or job and will vote with us if not made to feel outside the fold.

Because once we dared dream, we drempt of freedom. Then, as now, those dreams were for our children and our children’s children.

Because once we dared hope, we spoke of it amongst ourselves in whispers in misty forests, candlelit cabins, trampled fields, and smokey taverns.

Because we had a deep and abiding faith that all men were created equal under heaven, we summoned our courage and served notice on our oppressors.

Because once we understood that the yoke of Tyranny had become a weight too great to bear, we struggled to breathe free.

Because once we knew that the tyrants refused to hear us though our voices were raised, we united in a common purpose.

Because we united, we fought the good fight and won our freedom and our rights, but we forgot... Freedom isn’t free.

Because we forgot, we allowed thieves to steal away what we fought and died for and now we dream of yesterday.

Because yesterday our forefathers taught us that a dream is only a dream if we do not act, We must awaken.

Because America is our inheritance, freedom is our birthright, Americans must renew the dream, fight for it, and win.

Because we must win, we have thrown down the gauntlet to those who would hold our children hostage, And we have joined Free Republic.

Beautiful. Is that an original? Just... WOW...

“Other than the “liberal female” you don’t have a name for”

Lisa Murkowski Please check her background

“while I dislike many of the positions of at least two of those three candidates, and would like to see them primaried away, I wouldn’t call any of them ‘RINOS’”

McCain
Graham not RINO’s? Are you joking?

Hatch has moved decidedly towards big goverment the past decade. You might argue this one, but he is not a consevative.

Murkowski is most decidedly a RINO.

The first and most important issue is Life. Must be pro-life. They could score 100% on every other scal, but if they’ve got life wrong, then they are a clandestine Rino or a Rino-in-the-making.

No excuses. No exceptions. Ever.

At this point, that makes Sarah Palin the frontrunner.

I'd never vote for him for ANYTHING, after how I've seen his "huge number" of supporters behave online.

You and I have something in common.

The antics of the Mittbots brought two things in to perspective for me. First that Mitt has serious POLITICAL issues for Conservatives. Second was the number of his supporters that were using the same basic strategies and a uniform method that I have never seen before that lead me to realize that those particular posters were his religious peers. That in turn lead me to looking into the LDS faith and find them using the same patterns used in the "defense" of their faith in the form of a business here on FR.

I find promoting a religious peer despite their obvious and unacceptable shortcomings as it pertains to the very principles you supposedly espouse to be no more attractive from the LDS than it would be from the Evangelical Huckabots.

But it became abundantly clear that the LDS have much more practice in the arena of "selling".

One last little irony. I found the most disgusting and vile personal attacks on other Conservative candidates and their supporters, especially FDT, to come from the supposedly saintly LDS posters. Even more ironic several of them we ones that often post how wonderful they and their faith are on religious threads as well as being the first to yell Bigot and throw the victim card if their guy was even looked at wrong.

It really got to be entertaining for me.
