Army officials plan to prevent media from covering Sarah Palin's appearance at Fort Bragg on Monday, saying they fear the event will turn into political grandstanding against President Barack Obama.
Fort Bragg spokesman Tom McCollum told The Associated Press on Thursday that Army officials had decided to keep media away from Palin's book promotion at the North Carolina base.

McCollum said the Army did not want the event to become a platform for Palin supporters to express political opinions "directed against the commander in chief."
this was orders straight form the top and the top is Emanual, Axelrod , Michelle obama and yes bozo

Well this is easy, military takes video camera’s and then gives it to fox and local stations.

i expect to be blasted for this but i agree with the commanders. no matter who the president is (mmm-mmm-mmm)he IS the commander in chief. PERIOD. it is not a soldiers place to attack him politically or otherwise.
Folks like us are left to blast him. and blast him we shall thanks to those very soldiers who protect our freedom to do so.

Put another way, McCollum is ordering about 500 youtube clips covering their howling approval of Sarah.
Agreed- The way I see it, the Military knows something is going down. They arent stupid.
When Sarah Comes to town ,they protect her FROM the media.
They release forward statements like this as a psyop- and to cover themselves and the troops.
Talk all you want.
This means Sarah gets to speak plainly without media twisting whats being said.
