Went to the Barns and Nobles here in GR to get my two copies of the book for her to sign tomorrow. They told me they had been open for 2 hours and had steady sales of the book with people waiting in line to buy it. The lady in front of me bought 12. They are telling people to line up at 0530 in the morning for a 0700 wristband handout and a 1800 signing.
