MSNBC and Bloomberg are reporting that the Obama administration is denying reports by CBS News and the AP that Obama has decided to send nearly 40,000 reinforcements to Afghanistan.
Both outlets report that Obama has not received final recommendations from his advisers and he would then need time to review them.
Bloomberg cited an e-mailed statement by National Security Adviser Jim Jones that flatly denied a decision had been made by Obama.
Afghan theater Gen. Stanley McChrystal requested 40,000 to 80,000 troops in August saying the war could be lost in twelve months if his request is not met. Three months later Obama has yet to decide on that urgent request.

that is what puzzles me.
We all know most Dem voters are not bright and cannot understand the real world but even when they voted for obama I would say they got caught up in the cult like mentality.
If this week is not plain enought for them to see how this POS has no care what so ever for the threats we face and our military then they have to be the dumbest SOBs, this country has ever produced.
One only has to look at how this family has not shown any interest in facing the threats but instead they would rather go to concerts, entertain, golf, vacation, read speeches what other people have wrote for him.
His radicalism and his appointments are there for all to see and yet form the left we get.

I do not say this in jest. Go back, look, at what has transpired in the past year. Someone mentioned, in a earlier posting, that there could be something major going on in the back ground. You bet there is. Our Military Leaders are taking off the gloves, bet on it, be prepared to take sides.

Are you kidding me here? Yeah, it is called victory. Typically it is what militaries like to see happen. And I'd even go so far as leaders of said countries.

So let me get this straight: he hasn’t received a final recommendation from the Pentagon, and he’s mad at the Pentagon for leaking their desires to the Press. The only way that this could make sense is if he had no intention of following the Pentagon recommendations of 40,000 plus new troops, so he’s mad at them for making their recommendations public. He wanted to blow them off quietly.
He's got to be wishing he hadn't quit his promising gig in ballet for politics...
