The Army should insist on a military tribunal trial rather than allowing our inefficient and corrupt criminal justice system to have anything to do with him.

Once the military tribunal finds him guilty, he should be executed by firing squad as expeditiously as possible. They could even raise funds for the victim’s families by selling raffle tickets for the positions on the firing squad. Say $100 per ticket for a chance to be one of the 11 or so shooters on the firing squad. They could probably sell a million tickets.

You assume an awful lot.

As I look back on how the Army screwed up and now is covering up, I’m not so sure they would want the truth to come out.

I’d pay $100 for a chance at being on his firing squad. The funds raised could go to the families of his victims.

He is a military Officer, on base, on duty, I am guessing the UCMJ has him first. That said, section 856. ART. 56.

MAXIMUM LIMITS
The punishment which a court-martial may direct for an offense may not exceed such limits as the President may prescribe for that offense.

I can count over a dozen UCMJ violations to charge him with, but what will the punishment ultimately be?

Since it happened on base and in uniform, charge him with treason.

Well he did give a “shout out” to Allah Akbar, which is what President Obama thinks he is.
