That’s obviously a bogus rumor. McCain could never have won with Kerry on the ticket, and it makes no sense for a Republican to run with a very liberal democrat. I read that McCain asked Lieberman to run with him, but the democrats threw a fit and refused to allow Lieberman to run with McCain. I don’t know what kind of threats they made, but McCain had to drop that idea.

HA!!! You might ought to do some homework before you pronounce something 'bogus'. Lord McCain NEVER denied him snuggling up to the JFKerrry wanting on his ticket.

The left mafia believes it has finally succeeded in looting this country. If you thought the $1.44 trillion deficit and 10.2% uneployment is bad, you haven’t seen anything yet.

That depends on whether they can get it passed a test vote, like the one they are having. If it looks like it might fail they will delay it again.

Not really. Why are so many institutional forces (media, public education, etc.) lining up behind these sociopathacrats? Because we let them manufacture their army of demdroids while we whittled away our time with trivial entertainments.

They created them right under our noses, building incessantly, from kindergarten through college, perfectly programmed vassals of the coming pseudoutopia, awaiting only two signals: their coming of age to vote, and the emergence of a candidate matching the template they were trained to recognize. The code runs, the program produces the expected result, and no one is surprised but those who were asleep while the deviltry unfolded.

Had we the opportunity to do this over, if we get that opportunity, please do not underestimate the importance of a healthy family life and a good, rational, historically complete education. We cannot let future generations forget the lessons of the past. Ever. We have our work cut out for us.

There are no conservative Democrats. Just ones scared of re-election. I'm stealing that!

McCain was a horrible candidate. Open primaries are a bad thing people.

When he spoke at the George Soros Shadow Convention in Philly, we should have known it over. We had been played.

McCain kept attacking “surplus profits” of the oil companies. Who cared? That was never a big issue.

Yes. Our choice in '08 was between two George Soros approved Progressives. We got screwed.

I am not sure he qualifies as a troll, this board has a lot of libertarians. Many of them disagree with nation building, heck most of us probably do.

We shoulda just nuked them and left. =o)

Open primaries are a bad thing people.

That's the truth...in New Hampshire and Vermont; Democrats amuse themselves by 'crossing over' to support the weakest Republican candidate in the field. NH revitalized McCain's moribund campaign. New Hampshire punk'd the conservatives, but good.

The ones that support Obama hardcore can never admit a mistake. He is losing the “fencers” pretty hard. The mob hasn’t got this yet. The 20% swings in NJ and VA, combined with the complete failure of the stimulus plan is sinking him fast. He is a community organizer and THAT is his paygrade.

Thanks.

I’m frightened by the prospect of a 2,000 page bill that fundamentally changes America . . . written in seclusion and unread by all . . . could actually pass.
