He was shot multiple times but not killed.
Being treated!
That was my first thought as well. No doubt Hassan will give detailed descriptions on the stand of all the "hate crimes" committed against him over the years.
If he is drawn and quartered do we get credit for one muslims caught or four muslims caught?
Just want to know.
Not that many left.
Actually, the demonstration effect of this guy getting off on a technicality due to 0bummer Administration policy would be enough to doom 0bummer to a single term. So, it may not be all bad.
Hasan Akbar. According to Wikipedia:
On November 20, 2006 Lieutenant General John Vines, commander of the 18th Airborne Corps, affirmed the death sentence against Akbar.[3] The case now goes to the Army Court of Criminal Appeals under an automatic appeal. If the appeal fails, the execution will take place by lethal injection.
No update on that sentence at Wikipedia.
Fantastic show Miss Didi..I love Brian! love Steve too, Gretchen, depends on the day...I was ironing my clothes for work in my bathrobe and sobbing my heart out! Is there any better scene on t.v. than viewing our awsome American Soliders!!!!
Just rambling here...
Why is the Military disarmed at their own Bases???
Why do I still have to nearly undress to fly???
Why have we lost the testicular ability to self-defense???
/rant off
COURTS MARTIAL for sure.
The incident happened on a military base and he’s a soldier.
And he could get a firing squad.
It is a military hospital not a civilian hospital so security should not be a problem.
“How could they have gotten all these fact so wrong?”
Those preliminary reports are pure baloney most of the time. but the MSM’ers have to say SOMETHING, not “We’ll be off the air until we can provide you with as many FACTS as possible. Good evening”.
Nope! I predict Obama will ‘’apologize’’ to him for offending him, then send him off to Bermuda to open up an ice cream stand with the Uighurs!
It’s on order with netflix
"...when in a war, foreign or intestine, the enemies get a final victory, so as, the forces of the Commonwealth keeping the field no longer, there is no further protection of subjects in their loyalty, then is the Commonwealth dissolved, and every man at liberty to protect himself by such courses as his own discretion shall suggest unto him."Thomas Hobbes - Leviathan, 1651
“And he could get a firing squad.”
I think it’s all lethal injection these days for executions.
I thought intense psychlogical counseling was required of mental health professionals (even shrinks).
How in the world did they miss this guy? He advertised his hatred. His co-workers reported him. That is the only reason the FBI knew about him.
And yet months later he murders 12 at Fort Hood?
I am only half-way joking when I wonder if he might have had another job in the federal system. An agent? Or did the FBI make a decision to watch him because of information they thought they could learn?
Maybe he was sent to Fort Hood for a reason. Were they interested to see who he might contact while there?
I wonder if there is a problem with sleepers in the military that no one (understandably) is talking about.
This whole thing is getting more and more curious.
I used to admire the FBI but I would have a hard time believing anything they said today especially the way the issue statements it is not terrorism before any investigation.
I threw some words at google
Wiki...Re: Hasan Karim Akbar
Verdict and appeals:
On April 21, 2005 Akbar was found guilty of two counts of premeditated murder (of Army Capt. Christopher Seifert, 27, who was shot in the back, and Air Force Maj. Gregory Stone, 40, struck by shrapnel) and three counts of attempted premeditated murder.[9] He was sentenced to death on April 28, the jury deliberating for around 7 hours.[10]

I am glad you picked that up as well as I was beginning to think I misheard what Hannity said.
Can't have the general public knowing the exact, factual, true extent of the enemy threat, can we?
After all, if everyone knew all the actual facts, we all might decide to personally do something about it ourselves.
What profit for “government” in that?
