I just hope that these people who are speaking are listening to what they are saying and realize that if they cross the line they will be held accountable too!!!

Thanks! Are people still arriving or has the maximum been reached? (In your opinion of course)
They say a few thousand?
Yet they repeat the lie.
My My.
I would, too! I had the absolute PRIVILEGE to see him speak some years ago in person. I’ll never forget it. :)
Boehner is Newt-lite. You never know on what side of the fence he will fall to get attention.
I wanted to hear a no vote promise from every speaker there today.
Did I miss that ?
All I hear is for the people to call and say no.
“The crowd grew to about 10,000 by noon a significant gathering for a weekday...”

My dad cancelled it 15 years ago. I’m 55, and never joined. If you do a background check on the founders and the current administrators, you will see first hand how left wing(and greedy) they are.
AARP are scum!
I think they should have given Mark more time for all these politicians they should be headed into the chambers by now these people headed from all over the country to meet face to face with the blue dogs. This is becoming this waste a nothing more than republican grandstanding let the people go and do the job the came to do.
Freeper bstein80 up now. Brendan Steinhauser
One of the speakers did say not 1 Repub rep would be voting for this bill. Don’t remember who he was.
I agree with you.
Not to be disagreeable, but lines are forming while these guys speak for those who want to visit their rep to go inside.
This was organized by a politician (Albiet one of the few I respect) and I think a lot of these constituents are probably energized that their representative is speaking. If I had gone, and my rep wasn’t there, I’d be angry at him. And he’d be on my list of who to work against in upcoming elections.
It’s also energizing to see some of these people get the message. It reinforces that these Tea Parties and rallies DO influence the politicians and DO have an impact. I think that is a positive thing.
Most of them are giving very short speeches, which is also unusual for politicians.
Thanks.
