This is a real doc drafted by Lucas Smith ...you can go to his You- tube page,its a real comedy.
As I understand it Lucas has done time for among other things throwing hot grease on his fellow fast food workers

No PACER information on the top. Even the US Attorney would have filed this by now, and the court docket doesn't show it, as of at least 23 October at 0813
The last document shown there is #87,the DoJ's >Request for Judicial Notice of the dismissal in "Kerchner". Since that docket report was pulled off PACER, #88 has been filed by Taitz requesting judicial notice of the "AP" article indicating Obama was "Kenyan born". It's PACER "header" indicates that it was filed on the 25th.

Now why does it not surprise that (1) your wife would be after you with a skillet and (2) you'd marry a woman would do that.
I think so too. I always thought Lucas was, now I am wondering about Orly too. I trust no one at this point. They keep trying to point to Kenya and I still think the evidence points elsewhere.

The funniest part of it was when he complained about Dr Orly telling him to get a job. LOL.
Nevermind all the BS he spewed about Dr Orly's alleged private life and info about the Lincoln dude, what struck me is that lucas says that he spent money to receive the doc. I was originally under the impression (during the ebay auction) that another woman paid for his Kenyan trip.
I may have misread some of this since I read the doc quickly a few days ago, considered it a joke. I have no inclination to sift through it again. It's obvious lucas didn't get the fame and megabucks he so wanted. He's a moocher.
I am particularly concerned about your embrace of this document given that if not actually in the docket it may be less than accurate in being represented as having been filed given your posting tag. If you served in the Navy it is important that you not mislead on this issue and in any way support a constitutional fraud. Taitz seems to have made procederal and tactical choices that were not wise but if this purported document, which seems to have no pacer number, was not actually filed, then it is not she who has knowingly been involved in a deception. It would seem that Smith filed the document with a statement that Taitz was entitled to believe and then Smith was either compromised or his web site has been compromised. Niether of those possibilities is beyond the realm of possibilty given who the players are and the magnitude of the fraud indicated by her law suit and the players involved, their wealth and their mode of operating with indifference to the law and the Constitution.
It is certainly the case that a number of people were involved in posting a document on the Internet with the repreesentation that it was a "birth certificate" proving Hawaiian birth when it was not either of those things and certainly Polarik was attacked for demonstrating alteration and/or misrepresentation in the posting of said supposed documents and he has been falsely attacked and caused to have to leave the game out of concern for his family.
Where is there. If it was filed, why does it not show up on Pacer? See post 61. How can it have been filed and yet does not show up on Pacer? Is it reflected after the 25th and it was not docketed for quite a while? What is the answer?

There is certainly circumstantial evidence that points elsewhere but the Lucas Smith-filed document does not yet seem to be disproven. Surely the best way to disprove it would be to actually prove that Soetoro/Obama was in fact born somwhere other than Kenya.
Is there a link to the DU discussion? That would seem to be very important evidence that it is a fake and that either Lucas Smith was compromised or his web site was.
And also he is quite vulnerable and so is his web site. We are after all, dealing her with a Ci-cago mob. Their reputation of many years is not unearned.
Captain Rhodes' letter was entered on that case's docket because she was the plaintiff in Rhodes v. Obama, and the court had verified that she sent it.
By the way, Smith says it's real, and that he mailed it to the court, on his You Tube blog. He's also pasted a link under the FR name "Inspector Smith," on a few threads.
Whether it's true is another matter entirely. It's definitely, uh, interesting.
