It’s quite a simple matter to fumigate. Thinking about voting GOP next time round? Ask your candidate “Do you believe that Obama should show his birth certificate, in conformance with the Constitution?”. If you get a “No”, then take your vote to a candidate who supports the Constitution.
Alternatively, vote GOP while stomaching the fact that behind your back your rep is laughing at you for being a “nutter”.

Well if what you say is true, we both hold a lot of the very same views. With one exception and that of course being I support the attempt to have his birth records made public so I can determine if he in fact can serve as president.

So what do you think the founders meant by adding the requirement that the President and Vice President must be Natural Born Citizens?
Do you think that someone can be a Natural Born Citizen and only have 1 parent be a US Citizen?
Do you think that someone can be a Natural Born Citizen and be born in Kenya when the law at the time did not allow the mother to pass citizenship if SAD and BHO Sr. were married.
How can you not see that there are serious Constitutional issues with BHO’s birthplace and parents.

Duh. People do it all the time. Someone born on US soil to a citizen and a legally resident non-citizen is a citizen by right of birth (aka "natural-born citizen").

IMO, that is not what is meant by Natural Born Citizen. This is the problem. The only use of Natural Born Citizen is to differentiate a requirement for President and Vice President. I think it is clear using Vattel and the example of Chester Arthur that a person with 1 US citizen parent is not a Natural Born Citizen.
There is no “Duh” about this. Eventually the SCOTUS will need to clarify this phrase. But using the term how it was used makes the most sense from a historical perspective. It also makes the most sense if one wants to preserve the Republic and Constitution.
One month ago Orley said that she would have Obama out of office in 30 days.
It would seem that Orley may have overstated her case.
