When a lawyer files complaints and motions without a reasonable basis for believing that they are supported by existing law or a modification or extension of existing law, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer uses the courts as a platform for a political agenda disconnected from any legitimate legal cause of action, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer personally attacks opposing parties and disrespects the integrity of the judiciary, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer recklessly accuses a judge of violating the Judicial Code of Conduct with no supporting evidence beyond her dissatisfaction with the judges rulings, that lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law. When a lawyer abuses her privilege to practice law, that lawyer ceases to advance her cause or the ends of justice.

Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsels conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsels response to the Courts show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerks Office, within thirty days of todays Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

I was pointing out the pages where that discussion occurred for anyone who was interested in reading it.
I don’t necessarily agree with the judge, nor do I disagree with your position.
But it is an argument that will probably be made again in any future litigation that arises, so it is beneficial to understand the opponent’s argument.
knowledge is power after all.
Correction -- that is Barry [the Muslim]Soetoro's registration.
Trying to get me to defend Kerry LoL! How Democrat of you.
the Boston Globe obtained Kerry's records through its own channels, and not through Kerry releasing them.
The grade transcript, which Kerry has always declined to release, was included in his Navy record. During the campaign the Globe sought Kerry's naval records, but he refused to waive privacy restrictions for the full file. Late last month, Kerry gave the Navy permission to send the documents to the Globe.
This sounds to me like Kerry did give his permission.

To date no one has yet to disprove my simple method of proving that the COLB was a fake.
A birth certificate showing birth in Hawaii is a pretty big clue.
Anything is possible, and anything is chaos in such a state — because the courts and election officials have given no venue to a national issue of the most serious level, even when a general Hue and Cry issues, and when legitimate questions do apply in a contended matter.
In sane times of a society some judicial body steps forward to resolves such a divisive and corrosive to authority issue before more harm issues from its lack of proper resolution.
These are not sane times.
Please name a president who has done more to show he is a NBC than Bambi has done.

The 0bama suckups never post rational ideas of a better way to get rid of the jackal other than a token “let’s pass laws so that future candidates have to prove they’re not Kenyan/Indonesian lying criminals”.
They’re just 0bama suckups and/or enjoy creating disruption. Try googling some screen names and see what weird crap you come up with.
Pray tell what ever should she do? She has no police authority, she only has recourse through the courts, I guess that pretty much means the judge gets to decide the facts with out having seen the evidence, which of course he prevents the lawyer from getting. Circular argument, seems to work well with lawyer types.
I remember when the house had to have an investigation even though there was not one single piece of evidence that supported the investigation. However the seriousness of the charge demanded that an investigation be held. Anyone else here remember that?
Well ... bye!
that the Angels steal the ACLS from the Yankees. Go Angels!!!
And keeping with the thread topic, judge Land is a horse's rear-end and Obama is an usurper.
Okay, so point me to his Birth Certificate. To date none of us has been able to uncover one.
if it were considered propaganda, you would doubt it’s validity. consider it propaganda until the secretary of states prove otherwise. If they don’t, we’ll never know if he was properly vetted BY ALL secretary of states, if any.

George W. Bush allowed all his records to be accessed by the press. That's Military, scholastic, and public records, and when CBS news could not find what they wanted to find in those records they forged records that would not have been in Bush's personal records as proof that he was ineligible for the office of the presidency.
