Wasn’t this set up by Sam Nunn, not Bill Clinton? The Constitution says policies governing the military are set by Congress. Of course, the American people know nothing about the Constitution.
I am not “disappointed” in his “actions”: exactly as I expected. And exactly as the American people may not have understood, uninformed as they remain.
The only thing that will stop him is a massive turnover in Congress and it isn’t going to happen. There may be 10% of the population that has any idea what is going on in our halls of government. The other 90% don’t care, are on the dole or too worried about the next reality show. If you doubt me, ask random people any question about our Constitution, how our government is supposed to work and you will be appalled.
The American people vote for “a president’, not his family, except for his wife. That’s what they would tell us, uninformed as they are. The American people will never acknowledge their political failure. I think they will dig in deeper for Obama.
You forgot something: 90 percent of the House districts are “rigged” in favor of incumbent of both parties. What little competition remains would be in “Blue Dog” districts, where the voters are among the most uninformed and the most naive.
Other than you calling them "Americans" I agree with your assessment.
I call them traitors and the reason that they will never acknowledge their "political mistake" is that they do not have the intelligence to do so.
They,those who elected obama are very proud of what they did on November 4, 2008. At this point in time, their stupidity kicks in. Because they are too stupid to realize that when they kill the free enterprise system, they also kill themselves. why? Because they cannot survive without the government wiping their butts for them and in the system they so gleefully voted in, will not and can not support a liability. Once their role switches from asset to liability, they will simply disappear from the government's rolls. No food, no medicine, no place to live, no clothingthey will simply die from starvation,sickness, and exposure.
But, at least they got "change". That is what they voted for. It wasn't quite the freebies that they thought they were going to get,but, hell, nobody is perfect.

After changing the rules of engagment to make it easier for our guys to get killed, after Mirandizing the combatants, after vowing not to fight the Taliban, but only AQ....
Finally after not haing time to talk with his generals nor make a quick effective decsion...He has plenty of time to talk about Gays in the Military....
...right up there with the beer summit and flying to Coppenhagan to work the internationalists on Chicago for the Olympics.
