I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

In some countries, the President runs alone/against others and the candidate with the second place number of votes becomes the Vice President. We do not do that in the USA.
No kidding? I hadn't heard that before. In the old days, something like that would have set off the radar of any and all real journalists.
More proof all we have today is a state controlled media and not a journalist in sight for as far as the eye can see.
What may happen is McCain, having received the second most electoral votes for president and Biden, having received the most votes for vice president will be the president and veep for the remainder of Barry’s ill gotten term.
As with the blog post on Monday saying that the motion to dismiss had been granted, I’ll wait for official word.
Hmmmmmm all Obots? Why make the dates "Final" if the judge has not made a decision to go forward? This certainly appears that the judge has made the decision.
Everything you are stating here is precisly why so many people are so sure he is a hoax.
Add to all of this the proud proclamations from his Kenyan relatives about his birth in Mombassa that they attended, and you have plenty of fodder for not trusting NObama.
There were no false pretense that we know of wrt Biden. Obama’s possible fraud does ot affect Biden.
That is an issue which would take time to unravel. And as dumb as Joe is he could believably deny any knowledge. I am not predicted how LONG he would remain Prez.
And if they DOJ do not stipulate on evidnce,and ask for more time, should the motion to dismiss be refused,then Orly sits in the bully pulpit to get orders for documents needed on discovery etc.””
I am still confused about the DOJ being the lawyers on this issue.
The suit is against NObama- a person- not the USA.
NObama is using the funds and people at the DOJ for his PERSONAL legal problems.
I don’t think that is in the least legal to do.
That wording was not yet issued since the Monday hearing, as far as I can discern. Until something is issued fromt he court which can be identified as ‘subsequent’ to the MTD hearing, it is premature to assume the wording of the Oct 5th issuance has allowed the case to go forward beyond MTD ruling.

The constitution provides a line of succession:
President
Vice-President
Speaker of the House
It would be a fight in any event. Biden would likely be excluded because he was on the ticket with Pbama who would be disqualified and deposed. Pelosi would be challenged and possibly forced out because she had direct responsibility to certify Obama as qualified.
The country would be in an uproar. I can’t see anything short of calling a special election. I believe the winner of the special election would serve the remainder of the vacated term.
None of that affects MCCain’s eligibility. He is natural born according to all authorities. Servants of the state do not lose priveliges for being on missions out of the country. It is an absurd view and position to claim so since allegiance is the critical issue in natural born citizenship.
Soooooooooooooooo what. That's why he is working as a legal aid. He paid for it by losing his law license. Your attempts to side track the thread is going nowhere. Oh oh, the case is going forward.
It's ironic that someone with a checkered past could take down Obama who has a hidden and checkered past.
