None of that affects MCCain’s eligibility. He is natural born according to all authorities. Servants of the state do not lose priveliges for being on missions out of the country. It is an absurd view and position to claim so since allegiance is the critical issue in natural born citizenship.

U R WRONG. McCain is FOREIGN BORN, PERIOD. He was born in a foreign country. He CAN’T be a natural born citizen. He IS NOT and never can be one. This is not even in question. there is NO DOUBT.

Exactly. The question of allegiance was precisely the reason why the NBC requirement was introduced. It is impossible to believe that the intent of that requirement was to exclude offspring of two American citizens who just happened to give birth on foreign soil. And in McCain's case, his father was on active military duty and thus sworn to the constitution.

There's absolutely no question where his national loyalties lie.
