I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
Indeed. He also writes unofficial ‘minutes’ of the court events to which the obamanoids rush when it suits their perspective.
There is more than a long form BC at issue ... don’t forget the possibility that he used Indonesian citizenship to game the college entry/tuition and passport issuance systems. If he used foreign citizenship after attaining adulthood, that would be self-cancellation of NBC status if he ever had it.
Still, every time I start to think, “. . . yeah, Keyes is discerning and Orly wouldn't make the same mistake again . . .”, I feel this sudden chilling burst of reality that if we are to discover that Orly misstated/misunderstood the situation and others more competent fell for her story, it would not be merely the second time we have seen such a mistake. It feels like there have been at least a half dozen other similar situations on this rollercoaster directly related to the valiant Dr. Taitz.
As I've said before, it certainly appears that Orly has a devout heart to do what's right and I applaud that. However, I will strongly doubt any statement like this until it is corroborated on the docket.
Is there someone brave enough to ask the Admin Monitor to tag the headline of this thread as “(awaiting confirmation)”, to help the buzz die down until we have something more solid?
SJ, thanks for trying to keep hope alive. I especially appreciate that your attitude is "I doubt it" rather than, "I know you're wrong!". That goes a long way.

Where is that process outlined in the Constitution?
Just an FYI, that quote isn’t my ascertation, that is from McCormick on Evidence- Laws of Evidence, that all the courts use as the standard legal guide.

I do not believe that Biden can be put into the Presidential seat.
Biden was a hand picked candidate by NObama. NObama being not eligible in the first place makes any decision he make also not binding.
On a prior thread, one constitutional lawyer stated that the “runners up” would then win the election.
REMOVING a person who was never eligible in the first place makes all the Executive Orders, Treaties, Military orders, NULL & VOID.
It may also wipe out the nomination of Sotomayor, because the nomination was made by a person not eligible to make the nomination! The czar’s would be thrown out, also.
I’m also of the opinion that there would be a turnover of Attorney General, and other departments of the Cabinet.
Disruptive? Perhaps.
Getting the ship USA righted again is more important.

So another question is, how can a dual citizen, a dual national (assuming HI birth) be a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S.? Divided loyalties and foreign entanglements?
Ineligibility is addressed in the 20th amendment, passing along the office to the VP. Remember, the voters vote for a ticket, not a president who chooses a vp, so the eligibility of each by Constitutional standards would be judged independently.
No. If Obama can not prove he is eligible; he is not.

Interesting point...either way he's committed fraud....assuming he used Indonesian citizenship for school admittance. People must have the facts, like people at Occidental, etc. and they're keeping their mouths shut. Hmmm

It is now important to note ‘dual national’ by blood, not by statute ... the obamanoids like to raise the specious notion of Iran extending citizenship to someone and would that disqualify them.
