I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
It is always the same circular argument that avoids getting to the bottom, isn’t it! Everyone lies about sex; when the issue is perjury. It’s the same damn corruption, over and over and over again out of Demoncrat traitors.

There's no evidence his BC was ever amended. But so what if it was? How is that at all relevant to his eligibility?
It’s also possible that the COLB is bogus.
Sure it's possible, in the same way that anything is possible.
You can't know for sure that the government is not covering up evidence of extra terrestrial visitors. It's possible.
It's also possible Obama would forge a COLB, even though we know he could get a real one listing Hawaii as the birthplace.
Both of the above are possible, but they're so unlikely that they aren't possibilities that any rational person would take seriously.
There are ways that the Hawaii official’s statement could be the truth, but not the whole truth.
The only thing that matters to his eligibility is that he was born in Hawaii. Nothing else in his vital records could disqualify him from the presidency.
It’s also possible that she was not telling the truth.
Yeah, it's possible in the same way it's possible that the moon landing was staged, or Elvis is really alive, or [fill in your favorite conspiracy theory].

I don't assume that the requirements have been violated. I am an investigator and I want the truth whatever it may be. What little has been presented so far could easily be fraudulent, and what is "sealed" could reveal that fraud. I also believe it doen't matter if he was born in Hawaii in the Governors Mansion with 100 witnesses, he still claims he was British at birth and I believe that disqualifies him.
While that question needs to be answered for now and the future, we might as well look at the other representations to determine if they are true or suspect or definately fraudulent. This is not going away anytime soon. I have stated before that I thought it was more likely than not that he was born in Hawaii, this refusal to properly document it along with the media name calling and refusal to investigates makes me wonder if maybe he was not born in Hawaii or he did lose his citizenship or eligibility in some way. Transparency is just another lie from Obama. WHY? Maybe he is just covering up his school records because he was a poor student who took a lot ot leftist classes, I don't know.
I'll tell you this, we the people need an answer as to what exactly is a Natural Born Citizen and we need the means to investigate those that desire to be President of this country. That is so simple that even a caveman can get it.

That is a lie. No one, including you, knows that Obama was born in Hawaii at this point. You all are sure exerting a lot of effort to avoid proving that, aren’t you.

So you can't even demonstrate that there's such a thing as an affirmative action scholarship for Indonesian students, but you're sure that Obama must have applied for one. Is that about right?

Then no one would able to prove the location of his birth to your satisfaction.
Even if you were personally presented an officially certified hard copy of a long form BC by Bambi himself, you would be taking Hawaii state bureaucrats' word for it that the information contained therein is authentic.
Especially when those words are carefully parsed legalese, and they are obviously hiding something important.
This is what she said: "Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii." That's "legalese?" You've got to be kidding me. How else would you have her say it?
