Loyal to Liberty
I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

If the newspaper clippings are documentary proof, Obama and his minions should have no problem parting with the long form birth certificate and all the other documents that will reveal whether or not he expatriated himself.

Why would a Black US citizen apply for an affirmative action scholarship as an Indonesian unless he was not a Black American? Things that make normal people go hummm. No, these are things that make normal people go, "What the hell is an affirmative action scholarship for Indonesians?" Why don't you start by demonstrating that such a thing exists before demanding evidence that Obama applied for it.

And here we are back at the beginning, having come full circle once again for the umpteenth time. Of course, since this whole thing is about whether or not we still have a Constitution, and if we are going to allow folks like you to finally and completely lawyer it away into utter meaninglessness.

The hospital is a physical location. The state has confirmed that the physical location was within the United States. The precise coordinates within the United States are not relevant.

Well, you gotta poke ‘em with a sharp stick once in awhile just to make sure everyone remembers what they are.

Let’s say Barry really was born in Hawaii. His subsequent history could have resulted in an amended BC being filed following his mother’s second marriage to an Indonesian citizen and his adoption by him. It’s also possible that the COLB is bogus. There are ways that the Hawaii official’s statement could be the truth, but not the whole truth. She never specifically confirmed the COLB or its statements. It’s also possible that she was not telling the truth. Since when do we take statements by public officials on trust when documentation is available?

“Just show us the documents.”
That is mighty hateful of you, there, EV. Please avoid the bottom line and instead do what “birthers” are supposed to do. Aruge the made up nonsense of the “law” that makes their Dear Leader exempt from the NBC requirement proof in place for mere mortals - that would be the “stupid people” as opposed to the after-birthers who are the “smart people.”/s/

I wasn't asking - and do not believe - that the newspaper clippings are documentary proof of his birth. I am just asking whether you believe that the newspapers got their information from the Bureau as both announcements state?
To: EternalVigilance
Again, I'm not the one claiming to be qualified to be President of the United States. The burden of proof is on the applicant, not the employer.Right, so if your employer came up to you and said, "I heard an internet rumor that you might have renounced your citizenship," how would you prove that you hadn't? Would you allow him to go through all of your documents looking for evidence?

The state has confirmed that the physical location was within the United States. The precise coordinates within the United States are not relevant. I'm an American. Therefore I know better than to take politicians and bureaucrats at their word. Especially when those words are carefully parsed legalese, and they are obviously hiding something important.
And most especially when the survival of my country as a free representative constitutional republic is on the line.

“Already addressed.”
I hope you are getting the picture. There is no fact nor logic that pulls mobsters from their argument when it means keeping the mob boss out of jail.
To: EternalVigilance
"Considering the important facts you and your cadre studiously ignore, that is downright hilarous." And that's another false statement. We haven't been ignoring facts. The facts are exactly what we've been talking about.

If my employer wanted to recheck my credentials he would have the right to do so at any time for any reason.
Who rules in this country, “Bubba”? The people or the lawyers?

You are the one claiming your Dear Leader is a NBC without proof. You provide the proof so we can move along.

"Again, I'm not the one claiming to be qualified to be President of the United States. The burden of proof is on the applicant, not the employer." He's not applying. The election is over and he has the job.
You are the one making the claim he's not eligible. The burden IS on you to prove it.
