Over 122 million people voted, and the majority believed the "evidence" was sufficient.
What makes a single judge, or a single jury of 12 people more or less likely to believe the evidence?
Juries and Judges are lied to as well. (In fact, if reports of Monday's hearing are true, Orly made an outright, verifiable, documented, falsehood, twice, during the hearing.)

Four million people could vote to kill you without a trial, but that would be unconstitutional. Majority does not rule - the rule of law rules. And the constitution is above it all. Too bad for you, mobster.
