Loyal to Liberty

I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

I guess you missed post #929, so I’ll repeat it:

No, I read it. So what, Obama still says it proves he's a natural-born citizen. What says that it isn't enough proof? Other than you?

“See what I’ve said, they jump in everywhere to to distract and challenge your very sentence, that is what they are paid for by DoJ (Aporn) as the usurper’s brown shirts!!!”

We know what they are doing. Last time we caught one of their criminals in action, the same avoidance tatics were used. They are avoiding: Obama has to qualify for President just like any American has to qualify for a passport. It’s like pretending the issuing is lying about sex, versus the real issue of commiting perjury.

“The relevant facts contained therein have been verified by state officials. I’m not sure what else you want.”

The statement by the Hawaii official was vague and carefully lawyered, and not a specific affirmation of the statements on the alleged COLB. The state has not affirmed that this alleged COLB was issued by them.

“What you’ve been hearing from us critics is pretty standard stuff.”

Exactly.

That "document" does not show that both his parents were US citizens at the time of his birth. That document is not reliable without witness and hospital information that can be independently verified. Better evidence is readily available. That document contradicts Indonesian records showing he was a citizen of Indonesia with the name of Barry Soetoro

So what? Obama says it's proof enough to establish natural-born citizenship. What says he's wrong other than you?

He has to prove he is a natural born citizen, 35 years of age and 14 years a resident of the US.

Prove to whom? And with what supporting evidence?

First, to the voters, with evidence sufficient to convince them that he's eligible. If the voters aren't satisfied with the evidence, they wouldn't vote for him.

Second, to the Electoral College voters (at least in the states where the state hasn't stripped their Electoral College voters of their constitutional right to freely vote). And, with evidence sufficient to convince them that he's eligible. If the Electoral College voters aren't satisfied with the evidence, they wouldn't vote for him.

Third, to Congress. With evidence sufficient to convince them that he's eligible. If any Congressional member is not convinced, he would file a written objection, under the rules.

If that’s all true than there is no reason not to show the American people the long form birth certificate,

I can think of a very good reason: it is unnecessary, and it's a hastle to get a long form, as pissant has verified.

Furthermore, by not showing one, he encourages crackpot conspiracy theories, which I imagine he finds amusing. I know I would if I were in his shoes.

and to let us know who delivered him and where.

And how exactly is that relevant to his eligibility to be president?

Your whole position is “he says so.” Wow.

Fundamentally, your argument is exactly the same as his taxpayer-funded lawyers: “We won. There’s nothing you can do about it. Get over it.”

In other words, your attitude is also identical to Obama’s.

Well you are right on, Bubba! Why would a Black US citizen apply for an affirmative action scholarship as an Indonesian unless he was not a Black American? Things that make normal people go hummm. Things that make after-birthers go “yikes!”

Your whole position is “he says so.” Wow.

And your whole position is "I say so." Double wow. What does the law say, that is the question.

And how exactly is that relevant to his eligibility to be president?

Well, to be exact, if he was not born in the United States of America, under the laws of this country in 1961, his mother could not transmit citizenship to him.

The statement by the Hawaii official was vague and carefully lawyered,

This is what she said:

"Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii"

How is that vague? Where's the lawyering?

The state has not affirmed that this alleged COLB was issued by them.

So? They have affirmed he was born in Hawaii. That's sufficient to affirm his eligibility to be president.

Do you believe that the Hawaii newspapers reported Obama’s birth based on Hawaii Bureau Statistics? Or do you believe that the announcements were never made but later inserted — or that both papers were lying about the information coming from the Bureau?

Well, to be exact, if he was not born in the United States of America,

Neither the identity of the physician who delivered him, nor the hopsital in which he was born is necessary to confirm he was born in the USA.

What does the law say, that is the question.

Well, gosh. Why don't we post it again:

"No person except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible to the Office of President...."

The hospital is a physical location. One has not been provided for the man known as Barack Obama. At least not one inside the United States.

And here we are back at the beginning, having come full circle once again for the umpteenth time.

"Eligibility is in the Constitution, Enforcement of that requirement is IMPLIED is noting else, and WE the People are ultimately responsible for the Constitution."

If you want to argue that some authority should have been more diligent, I won't disagree. I know of no law prohibiting the Federal Election Commission asking for qualification documents from candidates, for example.

But I also know of no law requiring them to do that. So maybe we can say it's something that makes sense to do and they have the power to do, so they should. But you can't say they have to.

The constitutional requirement is that he BE natural born. Not that anyone has to take any specific step to verify it. So there are two problems.

One, nobody has violated any rule or law concerning the qualifications of Presidential candidates. Maybe there should be stricter laws.

Two, nobody has demonstrated, as a matter of fact, that he really is ineligible. So you can't just assume that the constitutional requirement has even been violated.

You asked me the same question.
To an afterbirther:
“I answered it, and showed you in the constitution exactly where it specifies that the office requires that the candidate be a “Natural Born” citizen, and why.

What is gained by asking different people the same question?

You know the answer...time to move on, unless that is all you have, which is pathetic.”

We are getting a taste of the afterbirthers once their Dear Leader is exposed as a traitor. You see, the constitution does not mean what it says, everyone lies about their citizenship...etc.
