Loyal to Liberty

I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

This is good news. Let’s get this issue settled.

"That scares the bejezzus out of you doesn’t it! LOLz."

Uh, no. Why would it? That's a pretty silly assertion.

Seriously, what’s the scholarship program for foreign students? What advantage would there have been in applying for admission or for assistance as an Indonesian national rather than a black American?

"I figure there is a reason Obama has all these nuts arguing for him as to what “is is.”"

Actually, those are the birthers. They're the ones making silly arguments, like arguing about the difference between "date filed" and "date received".

What you've been hearing from us critics is pretty standard stuff. No convolutions involved. You just don't want to hear it.

FBI did not get authority to carry firearms until 1934, but used them before anyway. INS used implied authority until about 1990, IRS as of 1996 did not have authority and according to them:

According to the IRS, there is no statutory authority for special agents to carry firearms. The General Counsel, Department of the Treasury, has concluded that no specific authority is necessary where a federal officer has the authority to make an arrest and that the authority to carry a firearm is implicit.

http://www.gao.gov/archive/1996/gg96154.pdf IMPLIED LAW

Eligibility is in the Constitution, Enforcement of that requirement is IMPLIED is noting else, and WE the People are ultimately responsible for the Constitution.

I read the thread of replies by you and OldSwabby, and still contend that in matters of national security, not judicial misconduct, that appointments, signed documents, etc will have to be reversed, as it adversely affects our military, economy, security, etc.

That is my personal opinion, I don’t really know, and when it comes to a person being a usurper to the highest office in the land, it is uncharted territory. I just want our nation whole again.

Show me where I’ve been “uncivil” on this thread.

If any one of my posts qualifies for that in your mind, you’re way too sensitive for Free Republic.

You just don't want to hear it.

Considering the important facts you and your cadre studiously ignore, that is downright hilarous.

...Enforcement of that requirement is IMPLIED is noting else...

OK, what does it take to enforce it? What is Obama required to do to prove his qualifications?

You can remove Obama from the White House, if he is there. You can refer to that as removing him from the Oval Office—a physical location. But you cannot remove him from the Constitutional Office of President of United States if, de jure, he is not POTUS.

OK—So it’s not true that a COLB could be obtained in Hawaii for someone whose birth was actually out-of-state or unattended, or on the basis of very slender testimony after the fact? (This is assuming that the Obama COLB is in fact genuine, which we don’t really know.)

He has to prove he is a natural born citizen, 35 years of age and 14 years a resident of the US.

Prove to whom? And with what supporting evidence?

Hopefully he’ll have to prove it in a court of law.

He did that. He showed a COLB from the state of Hawaii and he's lived in the U.S. for more than the last 14 years. Now what?
