NASHVILLE Liz Cheney looks nothing like her father, but it is clear who he is. She was introduced as our favorite vice presidents daughter at a recent gathering of conservative women here. She kept invoking him in her speech, conveying his best regards, and likes to share cute stories about Dad trying to master his new BlackBerry.

GIVE ESTROGEN A CHANCE !
She’s got the right blood line and the right instincts.
Thank God for Liz Cheney! Compare and contrast with Megan McCain......
If the new york times hates Liz Cheney she must be good.
So far Palin is that new blood for me.
Leonidas: Hmm, the Persians seem to think we need a new leader, and have offered to find one for us.
Xerxes: Spartan soldiers, please give a warm welcome and your undying loyalty to....Liz Cheney!
We need to know Liz Cheney’s views on domestic and social issues. What’s her view on abortion, the gay agenda etc. What about the bailout, stimulus etc.?
Her sister is a lesbian and her father, as much as I like him, supports the gay agenda. We need a Conservative, not just a hawk.
> Shes got the right blood line and the right instincts.
I think that, like her Dad, she favors homosexual “marriage”.
God won’t bless that.
Plus brains.
Hope’n Chaney
When did her father announce his support of homosexual marriage?

“I think that freedom means freedom for everyone. As many of you know, one of my daughters is gay, and it is something we have lived with for a long time in our family. I think people ought to be free to enter into any kind of union they wish. Any kind of arrangement they wish. The question of whether or not there ought to be a federal statute to protect this, I don't support. I do believe that... historically the way marriage has been regulated is at the state level. It has always been a state issue and I think that is the way it ought to be handled, on a state-by-state basis... But I don't have any problem with that. People ought to get a shot at that.”
Either ticket would have my vote!
I’m all for a Cheney/Palin-—Palin/Cheney ticket. Win/win for our team!
Ditto, here, but ya gotta like Liz.
Why the heel not! Except the old old boys who can tolerate female candidates are the ones who have only daughters. Male jealousy is not a feminist fiction. I once spoke to CDU official about the chances of the present chancellor of rising to her present position. Vehemently, he said, she will NEVER be Chancellor! hah!
It’s not surprising the ones with any balls to take on the Dems right now are Sarah Palin and Liz Cheney.
