Please post your updates from D.C. and from news reports here as well as your photos of the day.
Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.
Photos and video taken by This Ain'tHell taken in daylight before the bulk of the crowd showed can be viewed here.
Free Republic 9/11 Candlelight Vigil from Washington DC
Drat!!
My FoxNews feed just went choppy and jerky.. (pun not intentional, but I think I’ll keep it..)
Can anybody point me to a ‘clean’ live-feed for FNC??
TIA
That's 90 more minutes for even more people to arrive and fill the streets!!
It looks like it is going to reach all the way down the street to the steps of the capitol! It has grown three blocks or more since I started watching it a bit ago.
This is epic. Absolutely epic. No porta-potties, though
Everytime I refresh... there is less street showing.. solid people...wall to wall!
Two of my favorites:
"The Constitution is the other document they didn't read!"
"Bankrupt Amercia ---- Yes We Can!"
No PORTA POTTIES? Who dropped the ball on that one? The city?
Who is covering it live on TV?? I would prefer NOT to watch CNN...is Fox covering live now?
Yes, we need I live link, who is broadcasting Glenn over the web today, I have to do it via laptop, I do not have access to a TV
Great Googly! the crowd has just taken over the street too!
I’m really proud and happy for those patriots that could be there and represent those of us that couldn’t make it!
Everywhere you look there are people. Yes I am freeping while marching.
Beck will not be there. He is covering it for Fox news.
Looks like they have started marching to the Capital:

Fox needs to get up on that roof! It’s amazing.
Is Obama REALLY going out to Minnesota to hold his own rally?!
I have trouble with Fox no matter which service I use. Maybe because it has more viewers. When watching CNN I didnt have any of those problems.
Are there different rallies going on....Will everyone at sometime come together?
Are there really no porta potties there? Who is responsible for placing porta potties at events like this? Do we need to call the city and demand they get some down there?
I’ve been monitoring CSPAN but nothing yet. CSPAN does web simulcasting is anyone is without TV.
