One day after two ACORN officials in Baltimore were fired for offering to help a man and woman posing as a pimp and prostitute to engage in child prostitution and a series of tax crimes, another secretly shot videotape has surfaced that shows the same couple getting similar advice from ACORN officers in Washington.
The newly released videotape, shot on July 25, shows ACORN staffers explaining to the pair how they can hide the woman's professed work — prostitution — and get a loan that will help them establish a brothel.
James O'Keefe, a 25-year-old independent filmmaker, posed as the pimp while visiting the ACORN office, accompanied by 20-year-old Hannah Giles, who posed as the prostitute. On a videotape provided to FOXNews.com, they are seen receiving guidance to establish the woman as the sole proprietor of a bogus company to mask the nature of her business.
"She's not going to put on (the loan application) that she's doing prostitution ... she doesn't have to," the ACORN staffer says. "You don't have to sit back and tell people what you do."
The ACORN staffer is heard suggesting that O'Keefe can purchase a house, and as the landlord, if he is ever questioned by authorities, he can say he was unaware of the illegal business going on inside.
"[W]hen the police ask you, (tell them) you don't know where (the money is) coming from," the staffer said. "We are looking out for you."

ALL FEDERAL FUNDING NEEDS TO BE CUT IMMEDIATELY. They actively encourage tax evasion, setting up brothels, and sex trafficking of underage girls.

Watching that second video, it certainly appears that they (Acorn) have a standard operating procedure they follow.
The second group didn’t have to check any codes etc....

I wonder if they are going to be releasing these things on a daily basis. When the girl said she drained her savings I thought how can doing something like this be that expensive. Maybe they travelled all over the place putting these together. One can only hope.
The fact that other offices didn’t fall for it could be a factor of the outlandish way they were dressed and the outlandish story.
I bet they do plenty of fraudulent things in those offices that didn’t take the bait.

I'm not sure if these two would have seen it coming. You assume they found out about the Baltimore story. It’s pretty unlikely that ACORN workers watch Fox News or listen to talk radio, so it’s also unlikely that they new about the Baltimore incident.

Scott Levenson, a spokesman at ACORN's national offices said, "The portrayal is false and defamatory and an attempt at 'gotcha journalism.'
"This film crew tried to pull this sham at other offices and failed. ACORN wants to see the full video before commenting further," Levenson said.
The conservative filmmakers unsuccessfully attempted similar ruses at the group's offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Los Angeles, California, and New York, Levenson said.
If Levenson is telling the truth about the offices where they attempted this but it didn't work, they did some travelling. We'll see how many other locations they found, that Levenson didn't mention, where they actually got “helpful” ACORN responses.
Maybe we should start a pool about which office will be in the next video.
