I just talked to Orly:
She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is giving her expedited discovery - immediately.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

"Negro" was a choice and you are grasping at straws.
Actually you made the claim that "Forms are multiple-choice". I think you will find that this one is not.
Forms that require a race list multiple choices. Negro has always been one of them. African has never been listed as a race.
There are white Africans but no one refers to the race of these people as African, as I have already showed.
No. You didn't. Arnold Vosloo says he is an African.
I’m seeing something else in the two documents, a slight difference.
Look at the watermarks at the lower left-hand and right-hand corners of each document.
The watermark at the left-hand corner appears to be some sort of three-arrow recycling symbol (”printed on recycled paper”?) and seems to be the same on both documents.
The watermark at the right-hand corner in the first document has some sort of ellipse imposed on a line of text.
In the first document, the ellipse is centered.
In the second document, the ellipse is larger and is flush with the right margin.
I wish I could see more detail, but these are pretty low-resolution images.
“I wouldnt expect much from the system in any way, shape or form. Its been as corrupt as hell and driven from there for decades.”
I know you are right, Quix. Still not giving up. ;-)
Parents did NOT fill out the BC's. You get a form with questions. Parents fill out the form and turn it in to the hospital and they send it to the state. Race is a multiple choice.
Don't have kids either huh.
Good by me!
Um, I don't. It's the lefts name for us.
Thank you for your research. I'm not sure I still understand the state of everything, but that's OK. Confused is a common state for an engineer. We work through it.
Actually the hearing on the 14th had two purposes one to consider the motion to overturn Judge Nakazao order and a request to recuse him. Well, he's obviously not recused, but the original motion was referred to him. Wouldn't Judge Carter have said that Nakazaot's previous order was upheld if he was not overturning it? Rather than refer it back to him, if he, Judge Carter, did not expect Judge Nakazato to act on it?
One more time.
That is the point.
AFRICAN IS NOT A RACE.
Teresa Heinz Kerry is Caucasian.
AFRICAN IS NOT A RACE.
Latin: the word means Black.
Anthropology: Negroid adj.
The term has its etymological roots in Latin, i.e. black, with the earliest recorded use of the term “Negroid” in 1859.[3]
In modern use, the term is associated with “the division of mankind represented by the indigenous peoples of central and southern Africa”.[4]
In physical anthropology the term is one of the three general racial classifications of humans Caucasoid, Mongoloid and Negroid.
Under this classification scheme, humans are divisible into broad sub-groups based on phenotypic characteristics such as cranial and skeletal morphology.
Such classifications remain in use today in the fields of anthropology and forensics to help identify the ethnicity, lineage and origin of human remains.

Arguing with an Obama troll is useless. They just say the same thing again no matter what proof is offered.
Arguing with an Obama troll is useless. They just say the same thing again no matter what proof is offered. I am done with this one.
Thanks, DJ MacWoW.
Me, too. First time I’ve encountered this ignorant, uneducated obot.

""... if the dissolution of the Union should result from the slave question, it is as obvious as anything that can be foreseen of futurity, that it must shortly afterwards be followed by the universal emancipation of the slaves. A more remote but perhaps not less certain consequence would be the extirpation of the African race on this continent, by the gradually bleaching process of intermixture, " - John Quincy Adams, 1820
Maybe Beck was at CNN at the time.
I listened to all three hours of the Roth show and was unimpressed with the two researchers.
Reminded me of an old Art Bell show. Lots (and lots) of hemming and hawing, very little substance.
I’ll agree with you that they are not the best public speakers and there was quite a bit of repetition in the 3 hours.
But the evidence they claim to have should be the focal point, not their personal talents and abilites.
You mustn’t have listened too well if you think Beck was at CNN at the time.
They mentioned dates and times.
You are right we don't know if it is FOX!
However, the tea leaves leaves not much left but pointing to Fox news that was also referred to in Dr. Laurie Roth's show!!
Glenn Beck is repeatedly mentioning his and his family's security kind of making you read the tea leaves in that direction. However, if it is NOT him, they may be talking about someone else, and I very much doubt that!!!
you are totally wrong. There were certain standards in 1961, so the office of Vital Statistics could follow.
Just what I was thinking about you folks. Only I actually did research, discovered new information, and offered proof with multiple real quotes and links. You guys just repeated the same points over and over and evidently weren't even able to follow what I was saying despite your assumed intellectual superiority.
BTW I do have kids and have filled out forms in the hospital. But I wasn't around in 1961 Hawaii, so I don't just assume I know everything that went on there.
Where that might be a good deal???
But you have to admit, the interview was pretty thin.
